2/10No show despite visiting during prime time which was disappointing, pizza was soggy, VERY expensive and underwhelming. The wrong pizza was bought out, meaning me and my friend ate at separate times. They also didn’t take my discount code off and tried to charge me for the extra pizza I didn’t order or have. There was no vibe/ambience. Wouldn’t recommend this place

5.5/10We were sat there waiting for a menu for 20 minutes, where as everyone else that got seated had a menu straight away, I had to ask twice for a menu!

6/10It started off very well, but then we were seated upstairs with highly incompetent waiters who were not understanding what we chose to order nor were able to deliver professionally. They gave us Indian waiters because we were Indians ourselves, but we speak and understand English and Italian as well, we did not need a Hindi speaking waiter who did not understand anything we wanted to order. The spinning pizza thing is hardly 30 seconds, and they don’t even spin a real dough, it is artificial. It has really good food and ambience, but it’s definitely not worth the price. We had reached there right after a shopping spree, and had too many bags, they were kind enough to keep them in the clock room, but while returning they were least interested in bringing all the bags to us, we had to go down to bring them ourselves. I am quite disappointed with my experience, especially considering the price i paid for the meal.

3/10Far from impressed. Waited 10 minutes for a menu. 20 minutes for water + 25 minutes for pasta… the ‘show’ lasted 3 minutes if that! One guy in our area upstairs. Blatantly ignored us when we tried to get his attention because he was so busy (not his fault). Food was not great tasting and came out cold. Had to flavour it ourselves with salt, pepper, extra parmesan and oil. On route downstairs to pay all staff standing laughing in corner. Had to request 20% fork discount be taken from bill despite mentioning it to waiter when we arrived. Would not return or recommend. Much more nicer places to go close by here

7/10Better to visit in the evening where there maybe more of a vibe! Too quiet for a lunch but if that’s what you prefer then it is cool! It was an expensive lunch too!

3/10Overpriced and overhyped. Food is no where near the best you can get in Milan but their prices and attitude pretend like they are. Avoid this place. Go to a good, real Italian restaurant. Not this fake, Kim Kardashian wanna be joint.

3/10I dined at Crazy Pizza Milan today, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The prices were notably high for what we received, making it feel like a less-than-satisfactory value. The food, unfortunately, was only average and didn’t justify the cost. To top it off, one of the employees displayed a really bad attitude, which further marred the overall experience. I was hoping for more from this restaurant, especially from the show, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Don’t recommend

8/10The price of the pizza is waaaayy too expensive for what it is, the show of the crazy pizza is made with a piece of round fabric not the dough… I mean they try to sell you something that is not ! Experience for one time and one time only

9.5/10Booked a table for 21st birthday celebration whilst in Milan. It had been shared on socials and didn’t disappoint. Pizzas were tasty and loved the Parmesan truffle fries,’pizza show’ to finish up our evening there.

6/10The admosphere was great, the food was decent but the waiting was horrible, even withy reservation we waited to be seated aprox 20 to 30 min and to order food as well more than 20 min, the food took so much time to arrive to the table, the menu is overpriced fed as well with the food quality.

2/10The restaurant staff in unfriendly and rude specially the ladies attending to you. The is on first floor and toilet in basement with no access for old and handicapped. They refused to change the table downstairs. Had 2 bookings of 5 each. First they refused to give together which is understood. Then upon repeated beggin they said ok take together and when sat and ordered suddenly a lady cones and says sorry can’t do together and she pulled the table separate although guests sitting on it. Rude people never going back again. Finally found a pizza place next door who were polite from the start and took great care. Food is not the inly thing its the experience from the start !!

3.5/10I rang the restaurant that we would be running 10 mins late. The person who answered the phone told me that because they were so busy I was only allowed to be 3-5 mins late. I told her the website states I could be up to 15mins late & she hung up the phone on me. I called back thinking it was an accident and she answered again and ended the call for the second Time. We made it there in less than 10 minutes thankfully to which I asked whom it was I spoke with & why they felt it was okay to hang up on a paying customer. The manager defended her and said it’s because they were busy. We were seated down and had the little show which was pleasant. After that it took another 20mins and prompting to get a menu then another prompt to order. Cocktails are 16 euros each which is the prices of cocktails at the shard, London! Drinks came with 10 mins and Food came shortly after. We ordered a basic margaritas pizza and the prawn pizza. Both were very thin & super oily and had a lot of liquid oozing everywhere. Could only eat 2 slices of the prawn one as I felt sick from how wet and soggy it was with all the juices. Total bill was £102 with 2 pizza’s and 3 cocktails. Which is wild. Will definitely not be coming back and should have read the reviews - this is just a hype. The show is the only decent this. Staff (especially the girl on the desk) were rude & slow in service.
