+1Crudo was the best of our six dinners on Sicily Fantastic team, especially the brilliant bar manager, and four dishes (between two of us) all prepared by by the chef/proprietor personally, Each dish was superbly fresh and better than delicious! Worth returning to Sicily for this dinner alone Thank you Crudo!!!

Our meal at Crudo was fantastic! We had the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and every bite was fantastic. The wine pairings were perfect and I said that I had a “Ratatouille moment” when I tasted the wine pairing with the swordfish & clarified butter pasta. The service was amazing, our waiter was very knowledgeable about wines and the menu and was very friendly. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, even though the food was Michelin quality, which was much nicer than a stuffy fine dining environment. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Crudo is, hands down, one of the best restaurant in Siracusa and definitely the best place where to eat fresh fish. Both the customer care and the quality of their dishes are excellent. It is a fine dining place that makes you feel like at home. Good job to Paolo and Claudia for thinking outside the box and creating such a nice restaurant in the heart of Ortigia!

Extraordinary! This place is magic, a little treasure in Ortigia, with fresh, amazing fish. The tuna is the best you could ever have in your life! Owner fantastic!!!
