10/10What a stunning meal! We loved our visit to Cucina 246, such a warm welcome from all staff and the lovely host Joanna and the most delicious food too. So fragrant, tasty and fresh. The best meal we had in Sorrento, thanks so much! Highly recommend booking a table so you don’t miss out 😀

The food was hearty local Italian. The service was good but they were very busy so a little slow. The owner and staff were kind. The kitchen had a problem with the heats and they were very kind to update us.

10/10Perfect evening. Food was excellent, however it was the enthusiasm by the staff and even the owner that made it special. Could not have been more pleasant. The kicker is - would have submitted the same review if the meal was twice the price, amazing value.

10/10The owner of the property a lovely charming lady met us on arrival . She was passionate about her restaurant and the food she serves. This enthusiast love of both her local produce and how it’s served fully reflected our delicious meals . Go for the food and absorb the atmosphere. Excellent.

We were greeted with the warmest and most friendly service we have ever experienced! Giovanna was 10/10 on making you feel at home and just genuinely great. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We have yet to experience service like Cucina 246 at any other venues in Sorrento, definitely recommend!!

We were looking for somewhere warm and comforting with good food for our first night, and luckily we stumbled upon this gem. From the moment we walked in, the owner was so inviting and friendly—she truly made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for, and the food did not disappoint. We started with the burrata and bruschetta, which were excellent and so fresh. For my main, I had the sorrentina gnocchi—absolutely delicious. And to top it off, you must try the tiramisu for dessert… it was the perfect ending to the meal. 236 Cucina gave us exactly what we wanted for our first night—memorable, welcoming, and filled with incredible food. Couldn’t recommend it more. Grazie for an excellent evening!

Best meal we had on our trip. The owner of the restaurant was the kindest lady, introducing herself to each guest and offering free limoncello shots. All of the food was outstanding as well.

10/10The owner and all of the staff are very kind and friendly. They were very welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh ingredients, something to suit all tastes, Ravioli was delicious as was the carbonara. Tomato sauce on Spaghetti and meatballs was very flavoursome thick sauce not watery like in other places. Very comprehensive drinks range on menu. Cocktails, beer, spritz and liquor. Reasonable price for excellent food and service. Always very popular, we went back twice as enjoyed it a lot.

8/10A very good meal in a friendly atmosphere, especially the pasta with volongele and limone. However, as it is located on the Main Street the sound level is quite high. If you can accept that, this is a very nice place to go.

Lovely, vibrant restaurant. The food and service was excellent. We had chicken wings for starters - they were huge and delicious. We then had the T-bone steak with chips and vegetables which was also delicious. No desserts as we were too full! Highly recommended!

8.5/10Nice restaurant, fabulously warm welcome by the staff, we had an inside table, which was nice as the road outside is very busy. Good selection of home style food on the menu, drinks and starters were quick to come out and delicious, we waited quite a while for the mains to come out, as it got a lot busier around 9pm with lots of orders being taken, but it was worth the wait, the carbonara and chef's special pasta with prawns and lemon were simply delicious! I would recommend this place for a low key, delicious meal and warm service.

10/10We couldn’t have picked a better place for our first night in Sorrento. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff went out of their way to make our large family group—ranging in age from 4 to 49—feel completely at home. They were incredibly accommodating, patient with the kids, and attentive throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt like a celebration of local flavors. To top it all off, the limoncello was the best we had during our stay: bright, smooth, and the perfect way to end the evening. This restaurant set the tone for an unforgettable trip. Highly recommended for families, first-time visitors, or anyone looking for a genuine Sorrento welcome.

10/10A lovely little restaurant! Staff were friendly and efficient. Giovanna, the owner spoke with us throughout the evening. She is very proud of her business! The food was excellent and a good price. Home made limoncello to finish was appreciated. Booking recommended as it can get very busy.

Hi Peter thanks for your review, sorry about the wine but the red wine Montepulciano should be served at room temperature to enhance its taste, while our white wine Pecorino should be served cool between 9/10 degrees. I wish you a good day kisses Giovanna
