We walked little out of central tourist area to dine at a Cucina 246. The restaurant had a friendly and welcoming vibes. The waitress who served us came around to check on us frequently and the owner of the restaurant came to say hello. We had some bruschetta, lasagna, and spaghetti with puttanesca sauce with clams. We were told the spaghetti was an owner’s recipe that she cooked to eat with her friends and family. We also had a shot of limoncello which was made by the owner in the restaurant. We felt really loved by delicious food and by warm welcome. Our dinner ended with a hug goodbye. We highly recommend Cocina 246 to anyone who would like to experience an Italian hospitality.

This is one of the most memorable restaurants I visited in Italy. The steak I ordered medium was cooked a bit more than expected, but all the dishes were delicious. The friendly staff and owner left a great impression. I also highly recommend the homemade limoncello and lemon tiramisu.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday at Cucina, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Giovanna and her wonderful team made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make the occasion extra special. A huge thank you to Renaldo, Ena, Francesco, Paula, and Joseph, who were all attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our evening perfect. Their service was exceptional and added such a personal touch to the celebration. The food was absolutely lovely—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, making the night even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. Thank you again to Giovanna and the entire team for creating such a memorable evening. We will definitely be back!

The entire experience was great! This was our last night in Italy and I can’t think of a better way to have spent it than at Cucina 246. Our group of four ordered the gnocchi, lasagna, pizza, chicken wings, a seafood pasta, and meatballs. Everything was delicious!! We enjoyed how the owner lady came around to our table and recommended dishes that were her personal favorites. After the meal, she gave us limoncello that she made from her own lemon trees. It was the smoothest I’ve had here, I wish we had discovered Cucina246 sooner. We would have dined there again!

Warm and inviting atmosphere with excellent food! Service was a 10/10 from the warm greeting by the owner upon our arrival, through to our paying the check. The food was fresh and delicious. The meatball pizza was out of this world, as were the pomodoros on my salad, the limoncello and the lemon tiramisu. Highly recommend!

So appreciated the attentive staff; the service was the best. The owner came by multiple times to make sure all was good and the dining experience met our expectations. The food was delicious and my pasta dish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Prices were very good value and the location was charming and many locals dined there. If I lived in Sorrento this would be my go to place.

We had the good fortune of eating at Cucina 246 our last night in Sorrento. It turned out to be our very best food experience. The lovely owner met us in the restaurant greeted us with a smile and all of the Italian hospitality that we enjoyed on iur trip. The food was sensational and the service was excellent. The line to get in grew as we were done which further indicated that it was a gem, but maybe no longer hidden I had the Muscles with homemade pasta and my wife had shrimp with zucchini pasta dish in both were cooked perfectly an absolutely delicious. The restaurant is located in a quaint area away from the town center and the restaurant ambience was warm and inviting. Truly, our favorite dining experience while in Sorrento and it’s a must for anyone who visits beautiful Sorrento Italy.
