6.5/10We had eaten here several years ago and loved the food and chef. Someone told us chef was going to leave but we wanted to give it a try. It was just Normal French food for a lot of money. Wines by the glass were very small pours. Next time we’ll eat at the bar. More fun and nice pours.

10/10An awesome experience, as always! Food is great, service is fantastic, and can't wait to come back. From receiving the menu to review to when I received my order to enjoy, it too ONLY 24 minutes! WOW! WELL DONE to the team.

5.5/10I thought that this would be a great meal, but I was wrong. When our beverage orders were taken, we were asked about water. We asked for tap water. They never brought it and never filled glasses even when reminded. I had asked for an item without an item. I actually saw it put in the system. It came with the item. The fries were cold. All the waitstaff totally deserted us after delivering our food. It was difficult to get someone to let us pay. One waiter got mad about something at a nearby serving station and threw a tray. The others looked surprised. This was not the behavior that I would have expected at a restaurant of this price range. The presentation of the food was great, but the flavors just weren't great. I think that the reason that my meal was not served as asked for is that it was pulled out of the fridge and brought directly to the table. I ordered a poke bowl and usually the grain in the bowl is warm. This was cold and dry. The soy dressing was missing and I was unable to get anyone to bring it. This was the type of experience that I had hoped for and expected.

6/10This used to be an”airport” find. Not always easy to find an airport hotel restaurant that works! Unfortunately, Culinaire Bazar has lost its edge. The service is really slow, and uninspired. The food and menu have gone corporate. Where is the energy and fun? Stay in Paris if you can!

5.5/10We were really disappointed about food price relationship. There were two pieces of Tuna, which just had to be snacked, with a risotto and green vegetables. The result was a risotto tasting more than cocked rice and a to much cooked tuna, even if this one was some kind of tasty. The service was very unprofessional. So 35€ for this is overdone.

7.5/10It is up to the service provider "The Fork" to adapt to the customs of their clients and not the other way around. Learn hat it is extremely rude in France to address people by their last name! When The Fork call me PATS, I feel despised and insulted.

7.5/10Pleasant ambiance; very professional and efficient service. Our food, two fish main courses were cooked correctly, but lacked adequate flavor. However, our first course, a marinated salmon, was very good.

9/10Very good and efficient service! Nice option around the airport! Food was quite good - not fantastic but good enough. I sat at the counter and the chefs were very friendly and helpful.

7.5/10The atmosphere was good but noisy. Organic vegetable salad was very nice but rockfish soup was really fishy. I was disappointed that I could not get a single portion of sole. Being an airport hotel restaurant it might benefit if more variety of soup and salad is available on the menu since after the travel some people prefer a lighter fare.

9.5/10We had a really nice experience at this restaurant. The food and service were excellent. We had 4 hours to kill between flights so we took the CDGVAL to this place and were delighted. Beats overpriced airside junk food any day.
