The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, really showing a true sense of service that made our evening in Nice even more enjoyable. My cousin and I had a wonderful time savoring the delicious South Asian dishes, all prepared with great care and authentic flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking high-quality South Asian cuisine in the city.

10/10This was our first visit, and is the best Indian restaurant we have tried in Nice. So we are delighted. The staff were very cheery and helpful. The lamb kofta and Poulet tikka masala were beautiful.

10/10Dining at Cumin and Cannelle was a lovely experience! The food was delicious, the terrace seating was beautiful and had a nice ambience. We enjoyed our meal and the service was exceptional!!! We were celebrating a special occasion and they made sure to make it very memorable. We highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal and wonderful atmosphere.

8/10This place must rely on discount diners because the menu prices are steep when those are not in effect. In addition, this restaurant has one of the smallest Indian menus I've ever seen. I wouldn't want to return to keep ordering the same dishes. The lamb is succulent, juicy, excellent and other diners knew what to order. The chicken and vegetable mix were good too with fresh, fragrant spicing. The glass of rose' was generous and fine, but bottles were a little expensive.

10/10I had an amazing experience! The food was extremely authentic and absolutely delicious! I really recommend the lunch menu, it is definitely worth it, and it exceeded my expectations. The personnel was truly kind and made us feel more than welcome. Surely the best Indian restaurant I have ever been in!

10/10Lovely evening the service was good & the food exceptional, delicious so much food sadly we could not finish the meal. Recommend sharing a starter that way not filling up before the mains. The seafood stew was perfectly cooked worth trying if you like fish, my husband had the Lamb Korma which was melt in your mouth. 10 out of 10

9/10Portion size is very generous, one main would have been enough for two of us. Absolutely loads of meat, it was not a dish full of sauce with little meat, but full of meat with enough sauce. Both the chicken and lamb just fell apart when you cut into them….. Well worth going to this place.

10/10We both really enjoyed the delicious food at Cumin and Canelle. The fish and prawns in lobster sauce was spicy and delicious. The rice flavoured with lemon was just the best, light, fluffy and fragrant. My partner ate a vegetarian trio of lovely curries. We would thoroughly recommend.

6.5/10Starters were really good but main course of chicken tikka was not to our liking. Chicken seemed to be precooked and as a result was dry and disintegrating. Rice was laced with salt. Prices even with the 50% discount are expensive. Menu is very limited. Waiter very good.

10/10A fantastic team delivering excellent food in a wonderful setting and at a very reasonable price. The tasting menu is superb, full of flavour and encompassing a whole host of dishes. It is highly recommended.

10/10Easy to find, many tables outside in middle of a lovely plaza. The food was very good, very authentic and the staff serving it explained every dish (we took the chefs menu which includes 10 different dishes) so we knew exactly what we‘re digging into. The portions are huge, so make sure not to eat to much in advance :-)

10/10Amazing tasting menu. Especially great for vegetarians! Service made it extra special and personal. They called to confirm our reservation because we were running late as we were trying to look for the place. Greeted warmly by everyone so we knew something was definitely special about the place. Food was amazing. We ordered takeaway for our baby and when they found out it was for our kids they gave more than the usual and said its on them!!! We will definitely be back! And we definitely recommend

Delicious food, cozy place, but huge portions. We as a couple couldn’t eat two testing menus with 10 dishes. I think that the menu would be good for two persons. The chef and staff were pleasant.

10/10Really tasty Indian food at this off the beaten path jewel box of a restaurant that is a nice change from the local fare. It works a bit differently that what you may be used to in an Indian restaurant - the 10 item tasting menu (vegetarian available) gives you a sample of all the menu items on offer for a very reasonable price. Nothing super spicy but everything super delicious. Gracious service as well. Definitely make a reservation.
