The food didn’t have proper taste of peruvian cuisine. Leche de tigre was flavourless, the fish was not the right fit for the ceviche. You can tell they are not using the best quality products.

+2We had various cocktails, but I found them to heavy on the alcohol. We also had papas a la huacaina and they were not good at all, the potatoes were old and cold and bland, and the eggs had green yolks. The sauce was good. Tacu tacu a lo pobre had plantains that were mainly raw so this was a miss, although the rest of the dish was absolutely fabulous. We had a wonderful ceviche al aji amarillo, very good patacones and guac, causa de pulpo anticuchero was divine, although the octopus was a little bit chewy, but the taste was on point. Mostly we liked the food, and enjoyed it, but there is some room for improvement regarding the some dishes. All in all it was a lovely lunch.

Food was amazing, we had the octopus, yellow ceviche and seafood rice. Couldn’t fault anything! The pisco sours was also delicious!
