10/10The service was great and very friendly. Food was excellent. Busy place on a Friday evening but we went early right at opening and there was no wait for the food. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for fish dinner.

6/10In general not the place of my taste. Except 1 dish and 1 waiter who was trying to improve the situation-the rest is really something that I wouldn’t recommend. The steak for the child was not well done (asked twice), the bread was not fresh (asked to replace), the interior is rather poor and old fashioned dedicated to chef in his best years… and the waiter (a lady) was pushing my wife to give back the spoon even she hasn’t finished the starter… it seems the service is not the strongest point of this place. The main dish (bacalahu) was really nice. Maybe it’s a question of our personal taste but for sure will not come back.

3.5/10Online booking was nice - would have been good if you could choose outside or inside - sadly our server was not very proficient. I understand using young inexperienced and cheap staff, but our server was unable to understand our order, even when we pointed to the picture in the menu. Some of the food was ok, but much was bland and lacked seasoning. OK its the Euro's but I still dont think you need 4 massive LCD screens showing football. Surely you can segregate the room into those who want to eat and watch and those who want to eat and talk with friends.

7/10It’s a good way to get introduced to bacalhao ( we had the special done multiple ways for two) but the service was eh, the food was good but not outstanding, a 4/5 experience. I bet they are quite consistent.

7/10Service was attentive. We had two mains, the seabass was very good, my cod loin, not so much. I found it to be extremely tough and stringy, not like cod I am accustomed to. Sorry it is mixed review. The ambiance is fine, but it is definitely oriented toward a high volume tourist or convention clientele. That said, there seemed to be a lot of Portuguese customers, as well as Brazilian.

9/10The Bacalhau sampler for 2 was absolutely wonderful!!! The only negative was the fact that the food was not very warm and 1 dish was almost cold. However, if I am back in Lisbon, I will entertain going back, I will just make sure my food is served hot.

This is an informal restaurant in Paque das Nações dedicated to bacalhau (codfish) dishes, although they do offer other dishes. Our waiter was a lovely and attentive young man who was always ready to attend to our requests. We ordered the "Misto de Bacalhau" (Four different preperations of bacalhau for 2 ppl) All were good, especially the bacalhau de natas, Food was good, service excellent, we sat out doors and it was busy but nice. I would recommend D'Bacalhau for an informal dinner for 1, 2 or a family.

7.5/10Nice place in a very busy restaurant area by the river, very busy even at dinner on a Tuesday. Friendly service, but a little slow, very noisy, especially if you are (like us) close to the bar desk. Food was OK, price in line with it.

The restaurant was located in a cool area near the water/park. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Definitely will visit again when in Lisboa.
