Just WAUW!! Great atmosphere, amazing food, great wine/food paring. What an amazing place, we were so fortunate and blessed with the best service. The storyline behind the dishes is incredible. Great team! Thank you for this amazing experience.

Although the level of service was better than most of the restaurants - it was a little less impeccable as the time we visited before. Especially towards the end. They rushed us through dessert and seemed to pay more attention to some tables over the others. At some point all waiters disappeared for about 5 minutes - maybe something happened that they needed to discuss. Still, I consider this one of the best restaurants in the area.

This is an exceptional restaurant with creative dishes and tastes you will not find elsewhere. Make a memorable experience for yourself, enjoy the fabulous food and wine, and then spend the night in one of their unique apartments. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Simply - PERFECT! Went there for a Sunday lunch. Nice small and quiet town. Mini Jerusalem ;) Brilliant service and food. Will definitely go there again.

We expected better. Compared to all the amazing, creative dishes we’ve eaten in Italy at ordinary restaurants, and other Michelin starred restaurants elsewhere, this experience was very disappointing. The ambience was a bit sterile. The art work a bit tasteless - picture of African boy who probably struggles to get enough food seemed a bit wrong. And the food just didn’t excite. Some of the dishes were very pleasant eg tuna served with a baby onion & wasabi mayonnaise but some other taste combinations seemed a bit off. The most impressive thing all night was the size of the wine list. The service was very good as you would expect from this level of restaurant. The presentation of the food was also good. It’s just that the whole experience was a bit uninspiring.

D..One Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Abruzzo. Excellent “artistic “ Italian food with a twist. Excellent selection of wine from the regeon pared with absolute perfection to support the culinary flavours of each plate. Good service and relaxing beautifully appointed dining areas.
