We had a lovely traditional meal in a warm friendly restaurant.

What a lovely welcome on a rainy evening we arrived late but they were really welcoming explaining the menu and making recommendations. The food wine and atmosphere was warm and friendly.

Pasta Bellissimo. I loved this little gem of a restaurant. The staff were lovely and friendly. The ambience was great but my ravioli dish was the best I have ever tasted. I savoured every mouthful.

Great restaurant, great staff. Everything we had was delicious and served fresh form the oven. Nice atmosphere and not too far from Rialto and San Marco. Can do reservations on The Fork so easy to arrange if you are travelling,

Quaint lil restaurant with big portions of tiramisu! Delicious!

Food was pretty good. Wait staff wasn’t very helpful answering questions and never came back to offer desserts or coffee, but did for other tables.

The food was outstanding and the people were great. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants an excellent meal.

We had the burrata and anchovy as an appetizer followed by the ravioli and sea bass. All were excellent! We had their famous tiramisu for dessert and it was the best I’ve had. Even my wife who typically doesn’t like tiramisu really liked it!

Amazing food. Can’t recommend the fillet steak enough. Service was brilliant despite having to wait around 10 mins after our booking time but it was very busy so understandable.

Service was cold and impersonal for us. Food was solid, okay, nothing special. Ordered two glasses of wine and received the most meager of pours, a taste really. Restaurant was full of Americans, a sure sign of a tourist trap.

Beautiful food and wonderful service. The best meal by far on our holiday in Venice!

Phenomenal small restaurant streetside in Venice. We ate late enough as the street was not too busy with pedestrians! We sat right next to the street. The restaurant has authentic decor and really felt comfortable. It was quiet and a bit romantic if you are looking for that sort of thing, but then again everything in Venice is romantic. Service was spot on and house white wine was refreshingly good. We ordered the oven baked gnocchi in pomodoro sauce. They came to the table piping hot and were light and tender! We also split the veal liver Venetian style over polenta. Another great choice! I would highly recommend DaCarletto !

My daughter recommended this restaurant so we gave it a try and I’m glad we did. The food was delicious and the service excellent. I would definitely go back if visiting Venice again.

Loved our server. Food ok. No air conditioning. A lot of walk outs due to the heat.

I was an extremely hot night and the air conditioning was quite weak, with a window left completely open -- we were so over heated that we lost our appetite! Overall the food was decent with good service.

I highly recommend it, worth a visit! Very delicious

We only had one evening in Venice and chose Da Carletto for dinner due to the fantastic reviews and location near our accommodation. We're so glad we did... it was one of the best meals we've EVER had. We were given some lovely homemade bread to begin with then had delicious scallop gratin and tomato gnocchi for starters, followed by the most amazing lobster linguine and fillet steak with green pepper sauce. We'd also read that the tiramisu was a must have dessert and may be the best in Italy so we shared a huge portion and it did not disappoint. It was the best we've ever tasted. This was all topped off with a lovely bottle of red Valpolicella. It really was one of the best meals we've ever eaten. We're so glad we found Da Carletto online as it's the kind of place you might just walk by otherwise. Wish we'd stayed there longer so we could go back again!

This is a great family-run restaurant. Our server Kiro was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spaghetti with lobster, baked fish with potatoes, capers and olives as well as the tiramisu, ricotta pear torte and the best limoncello we’ve ever had -made in house. Highly recommend.
9.5
Food was excellent, and not overpriced for the area. Steak was cooked to perfection, and the seafood was great quality. Big portion sizes for the first courses! Its cozy in there, so we were squashed in a little bit, but it didn't detract from the meal.
