10/10A must do while in Rome/Trastevere. Excellent food. My favourite dinner during my two week visit to Italy. I’ll be dreaming of this food until I can return!

This was our first dinner in Italy. The food was amazing. The fried artichokes were to die for and the carbonara and cacio e pepe were great too. We had the best tiramisu here (probably the best of our entire trip).

2.5/10The staff were friendly, the pasta dishes dishes of the day fettucini and truffle pasta was tasteless, very disapointing experience. I would not reccomend this restuarant

10/10One of my favourite restaurants during a holiday in Rome. They serve traditional Roman dishes in a cosy setting. Had lunch here - bruschetta, salad, meatballs and potatoes, truffle pasta, zabagione, coffee and wine. Everything was delicious and service was super friendly, both the younger waiter and the owner were very kind and welcoming. Recommend eating here and my only regrets are not coming here sooner and wasting time and money in the mediocre restaurants nearby.

10/10Friendly staff, a great location in the centre of the night life district, beautiful interior with prominent guests on the wall. The food was delicous. We tried the patate frito, the truffle pasta and the Scalaponni. In Germany we say "tolli" und "leckri".

10/10If you want a fun, authentic, delicious Italian meal, you can't do much better than Da Fabrizio al 56. We had a wonderful dinner (there were 8 of us) - the food was fantastic, the service was excellent and the atmosphere can't be beat. This is where the locals go, and now I know why. This is a must-try place if you are in Rome!

7/10Food was good. We had reservations at 8:30pm and arrived early. They sat us immediately but took 15 minutes for someone to bring water. Then it took 25minutes to take our order and bring our wine. Our appetizer came out at 9:30pm and our first course at 9:50pm. The last course came at 10:20. The I’m not sure if they there is only one chef/cook. The food was decent he just took a while to receive. Overall, disappointed in the experience based on all the food reviews.

10/10Dinner was delicious! My mouth is watering just thinking about how yummy the food was. My husband had the carbornara and I had the cacio e pepe. Both were out of this world. They had a singer that would go to each table and seranade the table in Italian. It was amazing and the best part is that we got to meet Fabrizio and he was so sweet. This place is a must. Food 10/10, ambiance 10/10. We will definitly be back.

10/10It was wonderful start to finish! We got there right when they opened (actually before, but they let us sit and order a drink before the kitchen opened.) The food was delicious, our waiter was so funny and patient and lovely! The oxtail dish was so so so good, I had the carbonara and my dad had the cacio e Pepe. It all was delicious!!!!
