9/10The restaurant was very close to our Airbnb and always seemed crowded so we tried it our last night in Rome. They only had a 7.30pm and sat us outside very close to two other couples near the end with bright lights. Luckily both couples were nice so it worked out. We got a house Chianti bottle for $35, husband got bacala cod and really liked it (not salted) with potatoes. I got my first mushroom pizza in Italy which was wood fired and thin and really good. It was our best dinner in 4 days. Would recommend.

Our service was impeccable! My favorite glass of wine, carbonara, and tiramisu was found at this beautiful gem in Rome❤️ The wait staff here is so lovely and the pasta was truly unforgettable

10/10It was not only the best meal we had in Rome but the best meal we had in our 14 day trip in Italy. Was the food good, of course but what really made it special was the whole staff. We didn't get lucky with a really fun server. Everyone was like that. It was very welcoming and made us feel like we were a part of something special. We will be going back every year!

10/10Perfecto!! The place, the food, the SERVICE, the quality and cleanliness. Authentic italian restaurant recommended by an italian. We tried pasta, pizza, lamb, wine etc. Everything was belissima!! We were there with kids of 4 and 7 yo and they absolutely loved their spaghetti and were treated wonderfully. Grazie a Chris and all members of the team for the warm welcome and amazing service. We hope to be back again! Great value for money as well for such a classy restaurant. A real gem!

5/10Restaurant was recommended. We asked to sit outside. We were seated at the very end on the street, well away from the restaurant. Cars were passing directly behind us, very close. Seemed a bit strange. The lasagne we ordered was burnt (appeared to be reheated and they over did it) and the Carbonara was not very good (beyond al dente). The wine and beer were good. We were disappointed.

10/10We were able to have a lovely seat inside at a private table on the landing by the meat carving area. Not as loud there and able to have some great food and wine with our conversation! Lovely service and delicious food. Nice wine list. Great meal.

9.5/1010/10 pasta! If you like Cacio e pepe, this is the place to get it in Rome. We made reservations way in advance to be sure we could get in over our short weekend. We flew into Rome before Sicily to celebrate the Jubilee. Our meal at Da Francesco's was the perfect ending to a perfect weekend.

10/10We are Americans who often vacation in Rome and have been to Da Francesco several times over the last 15 years. Throughout that time, Da Francesco has consistently offered outstanding service and delicious food, especially the pasta. The ambience, both indoor and outdoor, is much improved compared to 15 years ago. We always leave Da Francesco happy and we will be sure to go there every time we return to Rome.

Amazing food loved everything, torttelli with truffle sauce, lasagna and pasta amatriciana all so good, great wine, millefeuile dessert yummy! Beautiful restaurant great service, highly recommend!! Sad we r leaving tomorrow would come back again!

Absolutely amazing experience at Da Francesco Roma! The crispy pizza and perfectly cooked pasta were top notch — some of the best we’ve had in Rome. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. I had accidentally left behind my favorite scarf, and the staff kindly kept it safe for me until I returned. Their honesty and kindness really made the visit memorable. Highly recommend!

7.5/10Second time eating at this restaurant in 2 years and somehow it went from reasonable prices with excellent food to overpriced with average food, to make it worse since when an Italian restaurant does not have house wine?, what a letdown!!

6/10Food was okay. Mine and one other persons was cold. We ordered another vegan dish and it came topped with cheese. When it came back fresh it has bacon. Server was working hard but I think they were understaffed. Ambience outside was very nice. I would say the food was similar to an olive garden in the US which was disappointing for our first meal in Rome.
