This was our second visit to Da Franco and although the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening we received a warm greeting at the door by Michelle and were quickly seated at the window table we requested in our online reservation . As before, the service and food was amazing and we greatly appreciated the hospitality displayed by Michelle and the staff. We will return on our next visit to Paris.

Very fresh and tasty pasta and pizza. Super friendly service. Nice outdoors tables. Owner came over to extend the awning so the sun would be out of our eyes. Classy place.

What a hidden gem. The food was incredible (I had the shrimp scampi dish with saffron), the ambience is pleasant and quiet, the staff is friendly and even the least expensive wine and bread was incredible. Kid friendly. Large portions. Highly recommend.

Not very authentic Italian - in fact we were greeted by the staff saying they didn’t speak Italian! Main dishes were ok as was the house wine but wouldn’t rush back. No parmigiano offered to go with the pasta dishes!

A cosy restaurant. The single waiter on New Year’s Day (1st Jan 24) worked hard. The food was very tasty. There were regular customers there, and some tourists like us.

Romantic Italian restaurant tucked away on a side street close to the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. Excellent service and delicious menu choices (veal marsala and osso bucco, plus their exquisite house red wine) made this one of our favorite eateries!

We weren't sure about visiting an Italian restaurant whilst in Paris, but it was probably one of our favourite places. Our waiter, Maxim, was great and the food was simply delicious. Best eggplant parmigiana I've ever had. Reasonable prices. Wish we'd had time to return.

We ordered the flambée salmon and crab pasta. The price was incorrectly mentioned (19 euros) on The Fork while it was actually 29 euros at the restaurant. Nice services, but the dishes were mediocre and do not justify at all the price of these dishes.

My wife and I ordered the same entre and he arrived with my wife's entre only and not mine I received mine 10 minutes after. Again I must repeat my wife and I ordered the same thing. I asked for a pitcher of water and he answered only bottled and I was charged 24 euros for water, then 2sets

Wonderful menu and service is Soo accommodating, Burrata tomatoes fabulous, veal lemon and veal with truffles crazy good. We had our family of five there for dinner and then my wife and I came back 2 more times that week something we don’t often do when we visit Paris from Los Angeles. We will be back for dinner in Oct. ???? can’t wait.

It was quite busy but we were looked after really nice. The food and service quality was amazing. Food are generous so is the owner we had a shot of Limoncello. Having been in Venice and Milan a day before the food standard was a good as in Italy. They have indeed brought Italy to Paris. Totally recommend it. We had the Special Lasagne and Veal with Mushrooms.

Da Franco restaurant has been transformed in the last three months by its new owner. Having spent the better part of a month in Italy last year, I can tell you that finding this Italian gem in Paris was a wonderful surprise. The burrata, arugula, pesto and tomato starter was divine. We had two different pastas, and the saffron crayfish tail fettuccine hit the mark. The interior of the restaurant is bright and cozy, and there's a small outside alfresco dining area. The wait staff are professional and efficient. The owner is extraordinarily helpful with guidance on the menu items. We were way too full for dessert but we were offered a small digestif of Grappa or Limoncello, which we gladly accepted. It was the perfect end to a marvelous dinner. I only wish we had more time in Paris to come back and try some different dishes. I'd encourage you to try out the NEW Da Franco and see for yourself!
