5/10Had dinner here thinking it was a different restaurant. Prices are expensive compared to other nearby restaurants. Didn't get bread as part of 'copierta ' even though other tables were getting it. Not recommended

10/10Cute place tucked away on narrow street if looking for that old Style Italian look. Was fun to sit outside and people watch. Food was great and I had the seafood risotto. Service friendly. We would go back.

9.5/10Da Gigino offers a large, diverse menu of seafood dishes; excellent preparation and taste of all dishes; and welcoming, attentive service. During a recent 8 day trip to Sorrento we dined there 3 times — and we hope to return!

10/10We had a meal here on our honeymoon seven years ago and it was lovely. Seven years later we returned and it was as fabulous as we remembered from our first visit. Highly recommended.

10/10Lovely restaurant with great service. We had an upstairs seat which was a bit quieter, but it was a very busy restaurant! And I can see why! Delicious food and wine, and a lovely setting. Would recommend.

9/10Da Gigino has had the best pizza of all we've eaten thus far. It's all handmade and locally sourced ingredients, The wood fire oven gives the tops of the larger bubbles on the crust a well crisped/roasted flavor that enhances its ingredients. Those that ordered pasta dishes were highly satisfied as well. I would definitely come back with my family!

10/10Our dining experience was so enjoyable, we came back the following evening. The gnocchi was the best we have had since first dining in Florence over 30 years ago. Our favorite was the gnocchi stuffed with ricotta cheese with a truffle sauce. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also so tolerant of my efforts at speaking Italian. The restaurant is conveniently located in the center of the historic district in Sorrento. Would highly recommend dining here while in Sorrento.

The whole experience was superb. Service, food, atmosphere, the restaurant has it all! The best part of our experience was the owner’s daughter checking up on our experience and then telling us she had a book about the family that included recipes. If you are in Sorrento, book a table. You will be pleased

10/10We had a reservation and our table was ready and waiting when we arrived. The food was excellent. My daughter had the best risotto she’s ever had in her life. She didn’t order any other risotto on the rest of our trip because she didn’t want to be disappointed after that. Presentation was also excellent and the rest of our family enjoyed our meals too.

9/10This restaurant is really good I love raviolis and my husband pasta carbonara I recommend this restaurant any time in Sorrento Italy ❤️And the location is very close the the center ????

3/10Really disappointing. The servers were busy chatting amongst themselves and put off by having to serve the diners. The restaurant is right next to the fish market so it stinks. We chose to sit inside because of the smell. We had made a reservation in advance, otherwise we would not have stayed. Took forever to get drinks (water) and to have our order taken even though the restaurant only had 4-5 tables. The prosciutto and melon were great. But that’s it. The Caesar Salad dressing tasted like mayo with anchovy paste. Half the pizza crust was burnt. When we asked for a lemon (thought it might lighten up the salad dressing) they appeared to be put off. Overall all, bad service and mediocre food.
