You might think … this is the typical touristic place with low quality Italian food ..instead the pizza was delicious and also the rest! Price is reasonable considering you are in the historical center of Sorrento. And the service was great.

Had dinner here thinking it was a different restaurant. Prices are expensive compared to other nearby restaurants. Didn't get bread as part of 'copierta ' even though other tables were getting it. Not recommended

Cute place tucked away on narrow street if looking for that old Style Italian look. Was fun to sit outside and people watch. Food was great and I had the seafood risotto. Service friendly. We would go back.

Da Gigino offers a large, diverse menu of seafood dishes; excellent preparation and taste of all dishes; and welcoming, attentive service. During a recent 8 day trip to Sorrento we dined there 3 times — and we hope to return!

Lovely restaurant with great service. We had an upstairs seat which was a bit quieter, but it was a very busy restaurant! And I can see why! Delicious food and wine, and a lovely setting. Would recommend.

Da Gigino has had the best pizza of all we've eaten thus far. It's all handmade and locally sourced ingredients, The wood fire oven gives the tops of the larger bubbles on the crust a well crisped/roasted flavor that enhances its ingredients. Those that ordered pasta dishes were highly satisfied as well. I would definitely come back with my family!

Our dining experience was so enjoyable, we came back the following evening. The gnocchi was the best we have had since first dining in Florence over 30 years ago. Our favorite was the gnocchi stuffed with ricotta cheese with a truffle sauce. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also so tolerant of my efforts at speaking Italian. The restaurant is conveniently located in the center of the historic district in Sorrento. Would highly recommend dining here while in Sorrento.

The whole experience was superb. Service, food, atmosphere, the restaurant has it all! The best part of our experience was the owner’s daughter checking up on our experience and then telling us she had a book about the family that included recipes. If you are in Sorrento, book a table. You will be pleased

We visited 3 times on our 11 day holiday, food and service was fantastic!! They also have a cook book for the restaurant for sale!! Well worth a try!!
