Da Giordano il Bolognese is my favorite restaurant in Milan. The handmade pasta is extraordinary. There’s really no dish you can go wrong with. The service is working at the perfect pace. I feel like I can really take my time and enjoy this meal. The restaurant has such a cool ambience. It feels like many generations of care have gone into this place. I really love it.

"The food was delicious and the service was great. We dined outdoors and it was a bit cold due to the wind, but aside from that, the atmosphere was pleasant and we enjoyed a family meal. The roast beef was especially good."

We made a reservation in advance and arrived exactly on time. We told the guy who met us (probably a waiter) that we had a reservation, and he said there was only one table available, entirely in direct sunlight. We asked for another spot, and he said there were no other available tables and if we didn't like it, we could leave. So we left and, of course, we won't be coming back. Not recommended at all.

Quaint hideaway in Milan! Food was fantastic! My husbands steak was fork tender and melted in your mouth. The pasta was delish as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. Best meal we had in Milan during our stay!!

The food was excellent, as a tourist it was a little difficult in communicating our needs. The tables are on the street across from a busy bar & can get noisy.

Our waiter was excellent so I have to say the service was great, food was just ok not sure I would go back. The service definitely helped enjoy our meal I just wish the food was better.

Great traditional Italian food, cheap for the area and we asked for a bottle of the house white (which appears to not be on the menu) but it was only €13 which was a nice surprise too! Could do with some music on to create ambience but other than that, was great!

Best meal we had in Milan. Everything we had was delicious- from the burrata to the veal Milanese to the pasta. Service was excellent. A gem and local feel.

Estrés/Stress! Rushing to chose, to eat and to pay. Not worth the good food.

Food was correct but clearly not outstanding. Service was poor: had to ask several times to get the wine, same for the dessert and even worse for the bill. One positive point is that it is crowded with local Italians which makes the restaurant a nice spot to have a true Milanese experience.

Had to come back again because liked the place a lot. Calm, smiling servants and good price for the good quality of food.

A quiet and welcoming place with waiters with good english knowledge. It is hard to find these kind of good places in Italy. Also the treats they gave us before and after the meal were very delicious, the best one was the chocolate with ice cream filling!
