10/10The food was delicious, the homemade limoncello was outstanding, and there was a personal touch that made each dish we shared something unique and unexpected in the best way. I would highly recommend adding a visit here for a celebration, or even just making your experience in Venice shine brighter

10/10Excellent food, beautifully presented and attentive and outstanding service. We have eaten at Mario a La Fava for several years and have always enjoyed the meals. Each year they continue to improve the menu and in particular the vegan options. We look forward to our return.

10/10Server was helpful and very cordial making us feel most welcome. Server staff likewise. Seafood dishes - scuttle fish, bakalà, octopus - and liver (yes liver people) were all most delicious. The chocolate spaghetti was extremely decadent and satisfying.

6/10The food was attractive and well presented and we really appreciated that they had a vegan option. The service was quite lax given the cost. The ambience of the outdoor space was also not up to the 500€ that we spent for dinner for 4 people: the outdoors space is a back street (almost an alley) with flies, wandering beggars and drunks. I probably would not go back.

6.5/10Location? We had a table near canal and it does smell, mosquitoes are present even in early May. But, you are in Venezia, water is everywhere! Food? Decent, but just that. Won’t say anything bad. Service? Attentive to the point that you are pushed to make a decision fast - fast table turn around brings up the revenue. I understand but it takes away from the experience. Wine? Definitely priced on the high end. Probably wine closer to $100 may have tasted better but no guarantee, I only bought $60 bottle. Who goes there? During our visit it was tourists all around. Not a great sign. How did I found about the place? Hotel concierge recommendation. I will let you to make your own conclusions.

7/10The food quality is nice, the vegan menu is a welcome option you don't find often in Venice. It's massively overpriced though. You get much better value for money elsewhere. There are five or so waiters, one brings the fork, one the knife, one the spoon, all a bit hectic. They also wanted to serve us dessert before the main course was served - they get confused with all their staff. It's not bad, but I would not go again.

This place is our favorite in Venice. I’m vegan (a little tough in this beautiful city) and my husband is not, and we both had the very best meal here. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. The ambience is perfect. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Excellent overall experience. We were attended by a professional server with 22 years experience that spoke several languages. He recommended an excellent wine that was only 25 euros. Food was well presented and very tasty. Highly recommended

10/10One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. It’s located in a quiet alley, a nice respite from the crowds of tourists. Impeccable service. Absolutely outstanding in every way.

This is our go to when in Venice. Gorgeous food, lots of fish dishes and great advice from the staff who are honest about portion size etc - we had 4 courses but shared the pasta one. Would highly recommend .

10/10Recommendation from a gondola guy and we were not disappointed . Amazing food, service and a lovely atmosphere. Hidden from general tourists so genuinely Local food and not tourist led. When I return to Venice I would definitely go back and eat at this restaurant.

What an amazingly find this was, a wonderful little gem hidden in the back street and well worth finding. Me and my daughter are vegan but the rest of our party were meat eaters and we all had delicious food here. There was a whole menu of choices for vegans. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Some people may argue it’s on the pricey side but you get what you pay for the quality of food and service matched the price. I would highly recommend especially for vegans.

10/10I've been a vegan for 9 years and vegetarian for 22 and this is the best vegan food I've been served at a restaurant, every dish I was amazed by!! Me and my partner both got 2 dishes and a desert that we shared all of. I only wish I had enough space in my stomach for more!!! The vegan menu was so impressive. The place was fairly expensive but honestly so incedibly worth it if you can afford it. The staff were very friendly and attentive and was just a generally lovley place to eat. I left with a very filled and very very happy belly. Thank you!!!!

Da Mario all’s Fava was an amazing restaurant!! The place was very clean and atmospheric and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The menu was very inclusive and catered for those with dietary requirements including vegans, which was great for my sister who has struggled to find good Vegan food in Venice. The food was sensational and worth the price!! Recommend to anyone visiting the city and will be going back for more very soon :)

10/10The best vegan meal I have eaten! The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is lovely. They offer a vegan tasting menu which includes dessert and WOW is the dessert yummy We had the chocolate spaghetti with mint ice cream. Buon Appetito!

5/10Food was good, service was not. We were the last table in and they were waiting for us to leave. I was trying to speak italian to them but they didn't care. Felt embarrassed at the end leaving as they clearly just wanted to get out. Oh well.

8.5/10Great service, good atmosphere and good food but overpriced in some areas. 3 portions of side potatoes for 30 euros, Attentive and experienced waiters. Fabulous wine selection.
