10/10This was our favorite restaurant in Rome. We said we wouldn’t go to the same restaurant twice,but had to go back on our last night in Trastavere. My husband loved the veal saltimbocca and got it both times. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

9.5/10This restaurant is a real gem, offering excellent local Roman cuisine. The owner is very friendly, and the food is reasonably priced. I highly recommend it, especially the Tonnarelli al tartufo, which is outstanding.

10/10We recently dined at Da Massi and were blown away by the exceptional experience. From start to finish, every aspect of our meal exceeded our expectations. The food was simply outstanding; each dish we tried was meticulously crafted and bursting with flavor. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite, making for a truly memorable dining experience. Additionally, the wine selection recommended by our server perfectly complemented our meal, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the evening. Speaking of our server, Daniel, we cannot praise him enough. His professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. He went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly demeanor added to the warmth of the evening. Overall, our date night at Da Massi was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional food and service provided by Daniel and the entire staff. We cannot wait to return and indulge in more culinary delights at this wonderful establishment.

8/10Busy but good food .. had to wait to get booked table … and 1 meal of our group of 6 came late .. by then his chips were cold and no recompense offered … Efficient service though on a busy Friday evening!

8.5/10Food was delicious and restaurant had a nice mood with italian music on the background. Service unfortunately wasn't that good, the waitress seemed to be quite irrirated and didn't say much at all. She didn't bring me a glass for my drink, so had to wait and ask for it again.

5/10Was a disappointing experience, pre booked a table for 2 after hearing good things. Arrived and seated, settled and ready for a nice romantic meal. Drinks were slow to arrive, sparkling water wasn’t cold, no house red and was only 8:30pm. Then after our starters we was asked to relocate to another table to make up a 4 seater for local customers who arrived. This was quite unsettling. We was just unlucky and probably doesn’t happen too often but it left a sour taste for us. Food was nothing special.

Da Massi was exceptional in both quality and service. The artichoke choices were outstanding. Pasta fresh & made in house. The sea bream was wonderful. Focaccio was second to none. First time diner, but so good we made reservations for our last dinner in Rome.

9.5/10We loved the food here! If I could make a tomato sauce like their coda di vaccinara, I'd die happy! Our waiter was charming, just the right amount ironic, and very helpful, and again, the food was spectacular. We came here for lunch one day, canceled dinner, and came back for dinner the next day.

10/10We had a great dinner at da Massi. The waiters make you feel like you’re part of the family. Food was very good. We started with the fried mozzarella and sage leaves as well as the zucchini flowers. All tasty! Wine prices were very reasonable we had a Lazio wine, Cesanese. For dinner we had the lasagne, whole Orato and Rigatoni with the oxtail sauce. The waiter did a nice filet of the whole fish table side. Great!

3.5/10What a disappointment this restaurant was. The waiters were very rude and unhelpful. The service was extremely slow and the food was not only poor quality but not even hot when it finally arrived. I would avoid going here when in Trastevere.

10/10This was the best meal we have had in Rome, by far. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was top notch. The wine was great. I highly recommend eating here. My only regret was eating here our last night in Italy. I wish we had discovered this place sooner so we could come back a few times.

7/10It was good, not great. The antipasto and steak were delicious. The pasta were good, but definitely not the best we had on our trip. Better to book a highly desirable place than just one that is fair.

10/10What a hidden gem…very busy but staff was kind and friendly. Food and wine were superb! We will return! The spaghetti soglio and salmon were fantastic, along with grilled vegetables and steamed artichokes. In the heart of Trastevere
