Visited them at 930 pm on a Monday - famished! , they were busy but their kitchen delivered 2 tuna main courses super fast. Very pleased with the experience 👍👍

They have an appetizer of smoked burrata with honey and pear that alone makes it worth visiting.

Our hostess/server, Noah was fabulous. So attentive and personable. The appetizers, pasta and charcoal Florentine steak were all delicious. We asked for medium rare and that is what we were served. Highly recommend.

Food was average The table was in a cold area We had to eat with coats on I don’t know why we weren’t seated in the restaurant in the warm area- because we booked with the fork discount?

+3Da Pinocchio completely won us over! We booked through The Fork and weren’t sure what to expect, but everything—from the warm welcome to the last bite—was fantastic. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, the food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented, and the prices were more than fair, especially with the Fork discount. A special mention goes to our wonderful server, Alban, who made the night unforgettable with his genuine kindness, great recommendations, and impeccable service. It’s rare to find a place that balances quality, friendliness, and value so effortlessly. Da Pinocchio delivered all three and then some. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence and looking for a meal that feels both local and special.

Service was okay. They never brought us bread. Food was okay. I ordered the spaghetti seafood. Shrimp, scallops, and mussels were tiny. They did apply the discount after providing the check. We were outside in the non-smoking area. Even so, the smoking area smoke did make it into the non smoking area.

Hreqt location to the Mercato market, great ambiance, good food, reasonable prices.

The restaurant was good, but we had an issue with our reservation made through The Fork. We booked for 8:30 pm, believing it included a discount. Upon arrival, we asked about the discount, and the manager confirmed that we had it. However, later on, a waiter informed us that there had been a mistake and that our reservation didn’t qualify for the discount. We were told we needed to book for 9:00 pm to receive it. This miscommunication was disappointing.

The food was ok. The waiter did us a good turn by explains that an item listed as a soup on the menu was not what we probably thought of as soup.

We went here with my girlfriend for a dinner and had a starter to share, main course and desserts with a bottle of house wine and shots of limoncello, that our waiter gave us on the house. The food was really good, the wine was fine as well. The waiter who served us was really friendly and helpful and serving of the food was timed greatly, we didn't have to wait anything for long. The ambience was nice as well, just got a bit loud as the night went on and there was a group of friends sitting beside us.

Lovely little restaurant, really attentive and friendly staff. The food was absolutely superb and the price was good for the area. Everything was excellent and the only tiny thing to let it down was the street outside was busy with traffic and the view wasn't great but that's understandable in a city centre location.

This restaurant is a little gem. We where made welcome by a beautiful young lady called Naomi. She let us sample the house wines and we decided to go along with the white which was of really good quality, although at 12 euros was very cheap for an excellent Restaurant wine. My wife and I had decided to order the same prosecuto ham and melon and when it arrived we had a massive plate full of food which was of really nice quality. Our second course was sea bream and the fish was cooked to perfection with tomatoes and herbs. The dessert was ice cream for my wife and cream brûlée for myself. Both dishes where delicious. We will definitely be back but if you decide to go there book well in advance because by 8.30pm the restaurant was full .

This restaurant is ver well located but it is the only good thing you will find. Pizzas were far from what you would expect in italy, salad was OK but the absolout unfortunate thing was how rude the waitress answered when we asked her if we could switch to english “we are in itally so speak italian”. Intolerable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Da Pinocchio! The staff were friendly and hospitable and the dishes we enjoyed were excellent.
