Service was disappointing, as some staff were not respectful. One waiter—a tall white man with glasses—did not respond when I asked for the check and gave me a disrespectful, uncomfortable look, which left a negative impression. It also felt as though some staff carried an unfriendly or dismissive attitude toward customers. The atmosphere did not meet expectations compared to other LV cafés. While the manager was friendly, there is room for improvement in staff training and customer service. The experience ruined everything and I was going to purchase LV 3 bags but I went to Chanel instead due to the unfriendly experience. Overall, I would not recommend visiting. Instead, I suggest trying Marchesi 1824, which is owned by Prada, where the service is welcoming and the desserts are excellent.

Nicest hot chocolate I’ve had, I come from Northern Ireland. Service was very slow.

A stylish and refined spot that perfectly combines luxury and great food. The dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor, especially the desserts. Service is attentive and professional, making the whole experience feel special. Definitely worth it for the quality and atmosphere.

booked and arrived on time but still no free table, waited a bit cuz ppl spending time on selfies and chatting and refuse to leave(although they only ordered one coffee) service was quite efficient though food was good, quality guaranteed by DA VITTORIO

Exceptional first time visit to the cafe, from the u.k. service was impeccable. Food was amazing, especially dessert!! Will 100% come back on our next visit to Milan.

Very nice staff and good food, all LV branded. Great service and ambience. The only downside I would say is that you sit quite close to other tables

Service, food quality and presentation was definitely memorable , just hope the washroom is separated from boutique guest and cafe guest, as too long waiting time .
