There is a waitress who has a very bad attitude and keeps sking his face at us. I seriously suspect that he discriminates against Asians. He deliberately spoke to us in a language we didn't understand, and I saw that he was still throwing napkins. Very bad attitude.

Outstanding food and service. It is a certain style, which we enjoy. As expected, formal, professional and exquisite food and drink but at a high end price. But that is the ambiance and quality targeted for by both restaurant and clientele. Fabulous dishes and the staff were fantastic. Very well done. Always a real pleasure to visit and experience on special occasions.

everything about the restaurant was amazing. the service, food, portions, ambience, including all the little kindness from the staff. obviously, considering the price, it is not a place you can visit often. but it is well worth the money for a special occasion in my opinion.

Food was good but not exceptional. Fairly traditional menu When going to 3 star restaurants I hope to be wowed. That was not the case here.

The food was good, but not what we expected from a three-Michelin star restaurant. Some dishes were overelaborate -- they had too many ingredients to notice or distinguish them all. The pork belly was over-cooked. The ferries wheel and merry-go-round were nice gags, but after seeing them countless times being presented to each table, it lost its wow-effect. The ambience is elegant.

+4Da Vittorio is one of the few Michelin restaurants with maximum rating. My high expectations were fulfilled. I had a mixed seafood/meat menu and all the courses were perfect in the sense of Antoine de Saint Exupery: perfection is reached not if ou cannot add anything anymore but if you cannot take away anything anymore. What I mean with it: Many course consisted of maximum 3 ingredients but of highest quality and preparation. This is what I am loking for in gourmet gastronomy and this made this a perfect experience. Had a family lunch there on the way back from our skiing trip in Italy. The venue was beautiful, the foods were great and moreover the service was incredible. We ordered mixed of seafood and meat tasting courses. We enjoyed every course and that made our family time more enjoyable. Highly recommend on your special occasions!

Absolutely stunning The restaurant is located in a small town in Bergamo. The service is outstanding, everyone was being so nice. I had the 16 course tasting menu, and the risotto gentile was my favourite by far. You should try either paccheri or risotto. You won't regret.

waste of money, restaurant like many others, full of noisy people, laughing and shouting, not caring of neighbours, I couldn't hear my thoughts, couldn't enjoy my lunch, felt like in pizzeria
