10/10We discovered this restaurant the last time we were in Florence and knew we wanted to visit it again. We made a reservation for lunch, and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. This restaurant has a lovely vibe. Dom, our waiter, was happy to learn that we had come before and took excellent care of us. We both enjoyed one of our favorites - a Florentine specialty - the Ribollita, which is a bread and vegetable soup. It is a very hearty and filling soup. We also decided to share a Pizza Margherita, which was just perfect – a crisp crust topped with just the right amount of tomato sauce – mozzarella cheese and basil. My husband enjoyed the house white wine. This is a restaurant worth returning to when we visit Florence.

7/10Nice enough place but service was lacking. Staff looked uninterested. When asked for something they forgot. When we finished they didn't clear our plates or even acknowledge our table.

2/10Zero signage for the restaurant. When we arrived no one was available to answer the door despite repeated attempts. No one answers the phone despite multiple calls. We did not dine here as a result.

10/10Perfetto!! Abbiamo ordinato Crostini Toscani, Costate Bistecca, pappardelle con cinghiale . Tutto bene!! Tutti persone lavoro alla ristorante erano molti gentilissime !! Perdonami mio italiano elementare! Inglese: We truly enjoyed our time at this restaurant! We ordered the Ribeye steak with oven, baked potatoes, and pappardelle with boar meat … That was so tender. It melted in your mouth! The staff was extremely attentive, patient and always offering to please us. They were also very, very kind to any children nearby, which means a lot to us as we have a grandchild.! We are already planning our next visit!

10/10It was nice being greeted with a smile of recognition. Nice friendly service, good food. Definitely one of our faves in Florence. Generous portion sizes for family style sharing. Try their tripe (special guilty treat) and osso bucco (definitely one of the best I tried in my 2 weeks in Italy).

6.5/10The crostini had too much pate, could improve in the quality and a more moderate quantity. The tagliata was quite fatty and slightly overcooked when requested rare, cut up in a sloppy way and way too much cheese on top. Not bad but slight changes could improve a lot.

10/10Best meal in Italy! The owner, Redi, went above and beyond to make sure we had a FANTASTIC experience. From the hand picked wines to the food, everything was a 10/10!! The pesto pasta named after the restaurant was phenomenal.

6.5/10Everything was good but there are two things I must say: 1) exactly 4 cantucci cost you 10€, which is in my opinion a robbery. 2) Cover charge is 2,5€, you have a paper napkin and not any tablecloth . Service was really bad, they were slow, forgetting things and they didn’t give us the right knife for Florentine steak!

10/10This was probably our favorite dining location while we were in Florence. The food, service, and atmosphere were al excellent. Almost everyone at the restaurant seemed like a local (which was a great sign). While we were here we had the Ribollita soup which was amazingly delicious and filling - note it is thick and not super liquid soup served in very generous portions! Also HIGHLY recommended were the Pesto and Florentine steak. When ordering the steak I recommend ordering a bit less done than you usually prefer as it is served on a hot marble stone which does continue to cook it to desired color. If you would like more as ordered remove from the stone to prevent over cooking. Overall an awesome and delicious restaurant I would visit any time I was in Florence.
