10/10David Toutain does not disappoint, and is a must spot each time I visit Paris. We were very late showing up for our lunch as a result of Para Olympics traffic restrictions, and they were very understanding.

7/10It was fine given it's 2-star rating. The wine pairing was not impressive, tiny pours and severely overpriced. Coursing was inconsistent, was either out quickly or 30 minute delays between each. Could have had better explanations regarding each course. Lots of food, you won't leave hungry, but not worth $1,100 for 2 people, at all. Wonderful, nice, and polite staff.

9.5/10I recently had the pleasure of dining at David Toutain's restaurant for lunch, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The servers were not only attentive but also very engaging, taking the time to converse with us in a genuine and friendly manner. It never felt rushed, which made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each plate was a work of art, both in presentation and taste. The flavors were complex and delightful, making every bite a memorable experience. The natural ambiance and decor of the restaurant added to the overall charm, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. However, I must mention a minor drawback that slightly marred the experience. During our meal, we noticed a few small flies and, to our dismay, a very small cockroach. While this was an isolated incident and didn't overshadow the fantastic service and food, it was a bit off-putting. Overall 9.5 out of 10!

9/10Phenomenal food with incredible attention to freshness, seasonality, and detail. The service started strong but slowed at the end, forcing dinner to drag on longer than needed. It appeared other customers were having a similar challenge in getting their check delivered and paid. The wine pairing, while good, was quite small in quantity for the price - barely a gulp with each serving. The cost was above average, even for this level of restaurant. Overall a good meal and experience, but not a great value for the money (among similar restaurants).

8.5/10The Chef was a genius and the 10 course meal was a culinary tour de force. The food was special and original and the presentation was magnificent. I enjoyed watching Monsieur Toutain through the window which was a nice addition and he seemed to work calmly and effectively with his staff in the kitchen. However the disconnect was the wait service service. The staff were professional but robotic. There was no joy. They did not want to share the wine pairing insights or food insights. They were mechanical and did not take joy in sharing insights into the food that would have made the diner's experience incomparable.

10/10The best dining experience my wife and I have ever had. Inventive and creative cuisine. We had over 25 'dishes' during lunch and they did not miss once. Ate at a few other Michelin star restaurants in Paris and DT blew them out of the water. An excqusite experience, when I come back to Paris I would love to see what the dinner is like. 100/100, the perfect meal. Honored to have eaten there.

9/10Food is creative and at times audacious, and we really enjoyed our 8 course dinner. Too bad waiters seem always in a rush and disappear the second they have presented the dish. But overall the experience is great and worthy of a two star restaurant.

10/10Outstanding service. Every dish had a phenomenal blend of flavors that was perfectly balanced. Wine parings were on point. Brilliant use of vegetables presented with an artistic eye. Sadly we had a table behind us that was extremely demanding despite everything the staff tried to do to please them. The staff handled the situation so professionally and went well above and beyond to try to meet their impossible demands. It’s difficult to witness abusive diners behaving badly. In the event there is a negative review posted from this same evening, I want to counter that point of view. Our experience was amazing from start to finish.

6.5/10I was expecting something amazing with this being a two star Michelin Restaurant, but it didn’t live up to the hype. I associate a Michelin star with perfection. The food had some high moments but overall there was nothing that blew me away. There was no choreography to the service, there was no attention to detail from the workers even down to the appearance of some of the workers looking messy with excessively wrinkled clothes which I find a bit hypocritical when they expect the patrons to dress a certain way. The quality of the ingredients seemed high with the exception of the caviar which I found sub par. When you have high level of ingredients you don’t have to do much to make them taste amazing but somehow it was like the Chef tried to over complicate things and missed the end flavor. I wouldn’t return I would rather eat at Nomicos where the food is exceptional and the service is impeccable. The one shining Star of David Toutain is the main woman running the show, she is amazing with a great personality.

9.5/10The food was very creative with focus on vegetables and fish. We did not have the wine-pairing but had a bottle of white wine after a glass of champagne. Had a good discussion with the sommelier about the possible choices and ended up with a Bourgogne Blanc from de Montille - an excellent wine that worked well with the dishes.
