10/10This was our second visit to this outstanding Indian Establishment. I had made a reservation for my parents and I on 07/09/2025 for dinner. We were warmly welcomed by our server who was our server from our first visit in July. We started off with the pickle tray, papadam & onion bhaji, truly a masterpiece of different flavors. now to our entrees, my mother had chicken vindaloo, she absolutely enjoyed it, a nice tingling spiced dish, my father had lamb with mushrooms, he enjoyed it, I had my all time favorite dish, Tandoori chicken, a remarkable dish, tender bone in chicken marinated and grilled to perfection, served with onions and peppers on a sizzling skillet. The three of us shared a saffron rice, delicious and we had chili garlic naan, perfect balance. I ended it with Pistachio Kulfi ice cream, made in house, must try! Mr. Dawat and his staff are spectacular! As a Culinarian Foodie I Highly Recommened Dawat Indian Restaurant! Tell them Charlie sent ya!

10/10We visit Dewats every time we come to Portugal ( which is a lot!!) The service is always amazing and the food is fantastic. They are lovely with the grandchildren and go above and beyond making us feel very welcome. We won’t go anywhere else.❤️

10/10The staff were all very welcoming and looking very smart and in their funky uniforms. Service was excellent. The food was amazing great flavours and plentiful. I would certainly recommend this restaurant it has great menu and a very good vegetarian section.

8/10Food is pretty good but a few small things could be better. My curry was good but was a little too salty and there was not really enough pickles and sauces for the size of our party having popadums etc to start . Some of the popadums were also not freshly cooked . Serving staff here are helpful and try to please and the ambience is also good. We will be back but it would be nice to see the smaller things improve

10/10It’s been a while since we visited this restaurant…too long. Nothing has changed, the food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the whole experience is second to none. We are always welcomed as old friends and that is very nice. This restaurant takes some beating for quality for great food and value. 10*

9.5/10Excellent poppadoms and pickles, unusual flavours but great start. My bhuna was very tasty, the veg rice very good, and my wife’s prawn Tawa to her taste. Attentive service, nice staff, overall a great meal. Highly recommend this place.
