We have NY Eve dinner. Food and the plates was cold. Price-quality ratio is poor.

Very nice, quiet and clean restaurant. They provide a good service and the food was delicious. We ordered the Paella Valenciana (chicken and rabbit). It takes 35min to prepare so they advise us to order an entrance. Entrance was good, fresh and good quantity. The paella is big size so ensure to have enough space to eat it! They recommended a good tinto wine from Valencia for a reasonable price.

Paella not so good

A great restaurant! Very nice ambiance. Very good del ton of starters and paella choices. Very good wine list at reasonable prices.

Everyone seemed like they were in a hurry when we arrived. The place wasn’t that full for there to be that much rush. The maître D. rushed us to the table and ran away. There were no paper menus but a QR code to get the menu on your phone. This is a major pet peeve for us. It makes the restaurant low class and forces everyone to have their phones out. The second we sat down they wanted our drink order and when I said to the waiter that I’m not ready yet he seemed annoyed. Then the waiter didn’t come back for about 15 minutes. As the evening went on the waiters got nicer but it was a rough way to start. The salad we had was lovely. The big issue was the seafood paella. The sauce and the seafood didn’t seem to taste right. The rice was soggy as well. It was enough off that we didn’t want to eat it. We’ve had paella all over Spain this one just didn’t measure up. It’s too bad because it’s a nice ambiance, and it could have been a great experience, it just wasn’t.

Great food (tuna tartar & paella valencienne) and wonderful friendly service and Ambiente!

The food was quite delicious! My friend and I ordered a burrata salad (so good) and the arroz de señoret (yum!). The servers were kind and attentive, the wine was flavorful and dry, and the bread was warm. Recommended!

Staff were friendly and the food was great. I would have liked to have a more vegetarian options but the burrata salad was great.

We think the food was not fresh at all as we started to feel sick as soon as we finished to eat. Considering is quite pricey doesn’t really worth it

The staff was very nice and the food was average but the ambience was very uncomfortable. It was so quiet with no music playing. Everyone in there was dead silent so it was just very awkward ambience.

Excellent diner in local style. Great jamon iberico, an excellent paella de mariscos, nice local white wine, very friendly staff, fine desert and coffee in a nice setting, little more to be desired!

Great experience! The food was very good and the atmosphere very romantic. The only thing we could complain about is the “bread refill service” that cost 5€ per person but they didn’t mention during all the dinner (otherwise we would have ordered it at least once!).

My second time and all was as great as before. Solomillo perfectly grilled, matching wine and friendly service. Highly recommended.

De Ana is regular restaurant with simple dishes which are tasty, but not interesting. Many dishes mentioned on the Fork's page are not present. Prices are rather high without a discount. Anyway the place is beautiful and cozy.

Very nice Valencian paella
10
Nice restaurant, very attentive staff, a quiet dinning hall (rather rare in Spain!) with real Valencian dishes. Good selection of wines. Prices reasonable for the high quality of the food, definitively worth another visit.

This was my third time dining here for lunch. Service and food are always excellent. I have not been disappointed. The appetizer of foie on toast is my favorite. Last week I had a main of sea bass over mushroom risotto. Today I had grilled grouper. I look forward to going back there again.

We went to the restaurant on Monday night. The restaurant was very quiet, with only one other table. However, the food was very, very disappointing. Starters consisted of a baby squid dish, which was gritty and had not been properly cleaned, scallop croquettes which were mushy and had no scallop flavour, and lukewarm fois gras. Unfortunately it went downhill for the mains. Every dish was served lukewarm. We ordered a paella which managed to be overcooked, yet not hot. The worst dish was the suckling pork, which had very soggy skin and was cold to touch. When we pointed this out to the staff, they took the dish to the kitchen and brought exactly the same dish out after microwaving. It was still lukewarm and we were extremely disappointed with both the service and quality of food. Overall, all of the dishes were extremely disappointing. Every dish was served lukewarm, despite the restaurant being very empty. Given the price of the restaurant, we expected a delicious hot meal and were extremely let down. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Really nice food, romantic atmosphere, very appropriate for a date. The dessert was delicious. We got 40% discount on food only (not drinks) if we ordered a starter and a main each and it worked out well, worth it!

Great find. Not a casual restaurant of which there are many in Valencia.... whilst perfect for a special occasion would also visit again for a good meal if I find myself in Valencia again. Excellent service. Great tasting dishes using quality ingredients and they are happy to accommodate for specific dietary requirements. Compliments and thanks to the chefs and the waiting staff.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a good valencian wine.

Very good atmosphere, good service, my salmon stake was okay, but my boyfriend's stake was too rare that we had to ask to cook it again. And I found the other table asked to cook the stake again as well. We were not asked how we'd like the stake. Make sure you tell them how you like your stake.

Close to City Centre, there is a Parking in the same square. It lokks more a restaurant for Business, but the service is friendly and waiters help you for better choice. A lots of Paella and Arroz: we got the Marisco (Seafood) and was excellent. Starters are Amazing, rich portions. We did not have wine, so I can not tell anything about the list. Maybe the cost could be considered high without promotion, but this is not a Bodega with Tapas, it's a restaurant with class. Very quiet, even if there were other people, no noisy music, you can talk and listen your friends.

The restaurant was really excellent. We enjoyed a lot the wine and the paella.
