The staff was very friendly and helpful. We made a reservation in advance and were very happy as we received a perfect table at the front so we could also enjoy the Street vibe as part of our dining experience. Food was delicious and served quickly & hot. We would highly recommend De Blaise Hollander.

The first two courses were delicious. The main dish(meat) was inedible. It was so fatty and tough.

I was skeptical to try the local cuisine since I am a vegetarian. I couldn't be more wrong. Hollander is totally recommend!

I liked the dishes and the fast service. On a Saturday it was very crowded. Did not expect to sit exactly next to many loud people without a small table gap. The servers seemed very stressed and did not give a friendly or professional impression. A little smile would’ve given us more warmth and safety. The prices were a little high but transparent in the catalogue.

Excellent and reasonable food. Stompott special menu with soup and dessert was great choice. Service was friendly but slow, often we were ignored but the atmosphere was fine. Busy and crowded but pleasant

Delicious comfort food in a lovely atmosphere. Waitstaff worked really hard, but they need one more to provide a more timely service. We enjoyed our evening there.

Food was excellent, could even compete Michelin-level restaurants. The place was a bit crowded, which made it a bit noisy - on the other hand, it's not your fault but of other clients.

Visiting Amsterdam, my group and I wanted a Dutch dinner before our trip ended. One in the party arrived first and was able to sit down, but they weren’t offered water for 20 minutes. No waiter stopped by. Soon, the other two in the party arrived and we had to get the attention of another waiter after another 10 minutes to order. Between the three of us, two ordered from menu 1 (which has the Stamppot — which was highly recommended) and one of us ordered from menu 2. A little bit unbeknownst to us, the waiter brought out three menu 1 items (so, three Stamppots — and one of them was the wrong one). The food was great but we didn’t want to make another fuss about it. So overall the food was great but the service was questionable. It’s possible we caught the restaurant or waiters on a non-ideal day

Very good food, we had a very good time, even if the place was a bit too noisy. But the best of this restaurant is Mikel, the spanish waiter, absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic food with an amazing staff. We laughed, felt very at home and even sampled some chocolate milk before buying it. The food is absolutely incredible. Worth the visit!!
