This food is lovely and made with care and love. The surprise menu is a feast for the mouth and eye. The service is friendly and personal. The restaurant is small but still enough room between the tables, so one does not feel like sitting in a small restaurant. I asked whether they had a Michelin star. They did not and said they prefer it as it is. That they give all the attention to the guests and have the freedom to experiment. I certainly go back there

Always try and dine here when we are in Joure. Never disappointed. The food is original, creative and beautifully prepared. Service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

They have a young Michelin trained chef who is brilliant. Flavour combinations were exceptional. Owners very friendly. The best meal we have had in the Netherlands and very reasonably priced. 5 courses for €57.50

Although the menu was limited, we really enjoyed the quality of the food. The plating was a joy for the eye too. Staff were helpful and made the evening very pleasant.
