What a beautiful restaurant. Our group of 6 enjoyed fabulous food. The mixologist was very friendly and made excellent drinks. Would highly recommend.

First meal in our visit to Antwerp and what a treat it was! Lovely restaurant, quirky and great ambience. Super staff and great choice of food and drinks. Tuna special was cooked to perfection as was the Simmental steak. Juicy and so much flavour. I’d highly recommend a visit to de Peerdestal.

The food was nice, only the price comparing what you got was a bit high. I got fish with a little bit salade, no vegetables for 42,50.

Both the fish of the day and the soup of the day were spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Its not the forst time for us eating in De Peerdestal, I'm in love with this place since the first time. Very friendly staff, efficient and professional service, delicious food all the time and ofcuz the place itself is so charming! This became our favorite restaurant in antwerp already! =)

Great comfort food that is fresh and well prepared. The daily soup is always very good. Friendly service and pleasant ambiance. I am a regular guest here. This time, I came for Sunday luncheon.

Delicious simple traditional food. Too cowardly to try horse but did enjoy the gratinated scampi and great steak. Sadly they had run out of lemon maccroons but lemon sorbet was lovely. Very lively atmostphere. Quirky decor including disembodied horse and juke box.

Nice atmosphere, polite stuff but mediocre food. Mussels were raw and full of coriander that was not written on the menu. Filet was not a real filet!!! It was probably an entrecôte . Only fries were nice

Perfect restaurant in the centre of Antwerp. The mails are very good and the personal is very gentle. Prices are fenomenal! Congratulations!

Loved the ambiance. Upscale but not formal. Instead, lively and unique. We had a table upstairs overlooking the lower level that was perfect. The beef filet melted in your mouth, the lobster with fried leeks and linguine was delicious and the vegetable burger was really flavorful.. Lots of choices for dessert, too. Definitely recommend!

For starters the foie gras and the scallops which were both great. For mains I had the aged Entrecote with a Tipsy beer which accompanied it perfectly. Tarte tatin for desert. Would definitely repeat

Food was great. Rich spicy broth for the lobster and shellfish. The lobster really should have been cracked before putting it in the stew. Was very messy to have to fish it out of the stew.

Perfect evening. Great food, setting and staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and it is so close to the main square.

The service and the food was excellent, wie had the 3 course and were overwhelmed, also the service was really nice and polite, if we come back to Antwerp we definitely will go there again!

Food was incredible! Very fine, very tasty! Friendly service, but very busy. Nice place. We went there with a group of 10 people and loved the fish & seafruit.

This restaurant is excellent in what regards to the food and drink. We tried horse steak and Lobster. Lobster was the best one I’ve ever eaten. Wine was really good as well. Service is not what you expect for this food, but was ok.
