10/10This was our first experience of more traditional African food and we loved it. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive and the food quality and taste was great. We will be back when we return to Rotterdam and we will recommend it to our friends.

10/10The taste of everything was amazing! We had the smaak van africa tasting menu for 2 people and it was a very generous portion. 3 people could probably eat quite well from it too. There dessert selection isn't impressive, probably because you get full from the food already. We had the baked banana bailey's, it was okay but I wouldn't have it again, the actual food was enough. And their shiraz was too notch as well. Servers very fast and friendly and the decor was immersive. Great experience overall!

8/10the food was tasty and both the manager and the waiteress were super-nice. the place is a bit crappy but also cosy, though it was far too hot inside price was reasonable for Dutch standards and they offer a range of African beers to have the complete experience

10/10Food was very well presented, portion sizes were great, and it was delicious! Staff were very friendly. The only thing i dont recommend are the banana beers, but they’re served in a coconut bowl which is nice

10/10We had an amazing time here. Please go there and take your time. Do not expect things to be super quick. Just chill, eat delicious Ethiopian food and get drunk. LOL. We will definitely be back. Get the Ethiopian rum cocktail. Again: eat, have a great conversation and get drunk. Enjoy

10/10As soon as I walked into the establishment I felt like I was in a different place other than Rotterdam. It felt earthy, cozy, warm and embracing. The food was great. Portions are generous so keep that in mind!

10/10Food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. There homemade drinks have got quite a kick though so do be aware. Also a bit of a pity that they didn't have honey wine, but the quality of the food more than made up for it.

9.5/10We arrived and where helped almost right away, the interior theme is very successful and brings out the right vibes, the service quick and helpful. We ordered a 2-P meal together with fresh mango juice, it took some time for the meal to arrive but with a great presentation , amount and quality worth the wait! My girlfriend wanted to ask for utensils but with some persuasion we went with the full hands on style as is the norm using the pancakes to grab the food. They offer you 3 more pancakes for 5 euro extra.... but for us we even had one spare after finishing. For the deserts, I myself had a baked banana with whipped cream and Ice while she had a north African mint tea and a banana and mango smoothie,all very delish! Only down side for me was the long waiting time for the baked banana... Overall, we had great experience! Lovely service and where left with only great memories! Surely a place worth revisiting!

10/10Really nice Ethiopian food with friendly service. We ordered the 45 eur platter for 2 and it was plenty for 2 with an excellent variety of meats and sides. The pumpkin was especially delicious.
