10/10We have been to this restaurant a few times before the food is always very good , the cooking is done in front of you on a grill, we had the steak and salmon both meals were served with piping hot fries and a lovely salad they were both the best meals we have had in ages , the atmosphere was great filled with locals singing dancing and having a great time , we enjoyed the whole evening very much

10/10A gem of a restaurant a little off the beaten track. Food was fantastic. I had the Flemish beef stew which was delicious. The beef had been slow cooked and it was incredibly tender. My husband had a T bone steak cooked in front of us and it was fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant

9.5/10We had the chateaubriand for two people. It came with fries and a side salad. We also each had a beer and we got the bearnaise sauce to go with the steak. The bill was just under 100US$. The restaurant was cozy and the 2 guys running the front of the house were charming and took good care of us. The meals are simple--meats grilled over an opening flame right in the dining room. Wonderful and cozy on a coolish evening.

10/10Food was delicious - we went back an additional time during our stay we loved it so much. We had shrimp with garlic as an appetizer and also as a meal on our 2nd visit. Lamb was perfectly cooked, and we also had a rib eye steak that was cooked and seasoned perfectly as well. Service and ambience was very nice - it’s a small place so suggest making a reservation, chef cooks your meal right in front of you on an open fire. A great find on our visit in Brugge.

2/10I made a reservation for 3 people at 8pm and I reconfirmed the reservation 2 hours before we were due to arrive. When we arrived we were told they did not have a table for us, no apology and no alternative offered. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable and not something you would expect from a good restaurant. AVOID.

10/10We were a group of eight & luckily had pre-booked for dinner on 23rd December as Bruges was extremely busy. We were warmly met & the ambiance was lovely in this small restaurant. We ordered steak & it was delicious & the aromas divine. It was cooked on open grills in the middle of the restaurant so no need for jumpers. We had just arrived that day in Bruges, arriving from England, France & Canada & our first night couldn't have been better. Thank you for a lovely evening.

10/10Booked here for my boyfriend’s birthday meal with two friends and it did not disappoint. We had prawns to start along with pate and bread, the prawns were amazing and huge! Both couples ordered steaks which were cooked infront of us on an open fire which was absolutely mesmerising and very welcomed after walking around in the cold December weather. We had a tomahawk steak and a chateaubriand steak. Both absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I would whole heartedly recommend visiting this place and we all definitely be back.
