We have been here a week ago, the service was not bad, although we had to ask for everything at least twice, but the staff was friendly, but the wasn’t worth it, the portions were small and even if we tried many different things and we paid more than 90€ for two, we still felt hungry going out of the restaurant !!! With the same money You can have a lot of better options in Rome, we personally will never come back here again

The food was pretty good, but they had a complicated deal with the fork. they've excluded the "hot pot" from the deal which is a bit odd according to me since the name of the restaurant is "hot pot".. and you cant cook your meal without the hot pot... and their menus are also excluded. So you can't order a full meal without items/ingredients that are excluded, would be much easier if they just had everything included, or just a full menu that's included with the fork deal instead of choosing to always have at least one item exluded from the meal. Eitherway, the food tasted good 👍

This was the first time we all had hotpot as a family and we all absolutely loved it. The kids (10 and 13) really enjoyed cooking their own food and cooking all the different broths, meats and veg/noodles. The service was incredibly attentive and helpful, talking us through how to cook each item. We also really enjoyed making a few different dipping sauces. This meal was a real highlight for us

the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was quite quick to come out though there weren't many people at the time there. my favourite part was the sauce making, there was a separate spot where you could make your own sauce and if it's your first time, the staff will recommend and make a sauce for you which is very nice.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. When we arrived, it was almost unnoticeable from the outside, but when we entered the place, we realised that the reality is completely different. It was our first time eating at a hot-pot place, so we were kind of confused about how things work, but thanks to the kind English-speaking waiter that helped us, we were able to receive the maximum amount of enjoyment and satisfaction from our experience there, he explained every single aspect of the place, what would be best to order, and even how long the food should be cooked for. Apart from him, every other member of the staff was also really kind and patient with us, even when we managed to spill some of our drinks on the floor, there was no agitated reaction, and I’m thankful that the things went the way they did. The food/price ratio was also amazing, and the taste of it was immaculate too. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely make sure to come back here again.

First time Hot Pot for us two. Good explanation of the concept and options. Broths were great. Self composed sauce too. We strongly preferred the spicy tomato broth. Many food options on the long menu list (via iPad at your table) Mushroom mix was very good, as were the shrimp. Really a good place to go to as alternative to pizza or pasta.

Ambience and interior decor is beautiful. The aesthetic is there. Food was very tasty and hand made noodles were amazing. Portions are good. They gave us free fruits. Price is definitely on expensive side and not every item is covered by fork discount. There’s also a service fee/fee for sauces etc which is unnecessary but if you are really craving hot pot the meal was satisfying! Staff were kind.

delicious fresh meat and seafood and the selection was huge, it was hard to choose! the cost adds up, so having the discount through the app was perfect otherwise we would have been more selective of what we ordered. super happy with everything and tried some new things. fun experience to have the hot pot in the middle with three different broths and sauces on the side. it was difficult to know what to do at the start but the staff was super helpful in telling us the 'cook' times for each item and explaining everything from the start. thank you for a lovely dinner!

The most authentic hot pot experience I've had. The variety and the quality of the food waa incredible, and even my partner (who is chinese) was happily surprised by the experience. The store owner even gave us tips. Heavily recommended.

First time having a hotpot but we are Australians travelling Europe for six weeks so we’re just really after some spicy, oriental food and decided to give it a go. The service was excellent - they spoke great English and explained the process beautifully. Good wine choices and very reasonably priced. Well worth a look.

De Zhuang always hits the spot for us. The friendly staff, quality ingredients and comfortable environment make every gathering enjoyable and memorable. I recommend coming here with a group of friends or family for special occasions, but even without one... hotpot is always a special occasion!
