8/10Only one table was taken when we arrived to the restaurant . The waiter sitter us just next to the existent couple in the restaurant. After one hour , there were not a lot of other clients , so the reason was not because they were full. Food was average , not tasty as other times I’ve been there.

+4Really tasty food, especially the couvert with aromatic olive oil, artisanal butter and olives along with different types of bread, all of them delicious. We tried the pork loin and the pork cheeks and it was very well done. The decor of the place is also pleasing, and blends elegance with rustic in a low light environment that makes you feel good from the moment you sit at the table until you leave.

Fantastic service - Wasn't rushed at all. The waiters were brilliant, wine was kept topped up. Food quality was amazing, simple things done really well. Great selection of breads including corn and good selection of vegetarian options - cannot fault this place. High end restaurant quality at very reasonable prices.

5/10Had high hopes since the ceviche was quite good. But things went downhill fast from there…the lamb loin chops (4) were less than 1 cm thick and thus woefully overdone and chewy. There was absolutely no more than 3 ounces of edible meat between the 4 pieces. French fries and fried cod patties were “warmish” and seemed like they had been sitting around since lunch service. The rice with the cod patties was really more like rice porridge. Although the bad food was not the fault of the server, the fact that the restaurant adds a 10% tip that the manager advises can be deducted while he’s hovering over you while paying, is in very poor form. Positive is that the restaurant space itself is pleasant.

10/10The entire experience was amazing and our service was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight about the traditional, albeit modern style cooking served. The food was super delicious, but the sopa dourado is an absolute must! Also, the 30% discount was applied by default

One of my favourite restaurants in Lisbon. If you want an amazing Portuguese cuisine experience packed with flavour, you have to try this restaurant. From the duck, to the pork cheeks, to the fillet and veal, to the lamb… I absolutely adore this restaurant. And they have an amazing wine selection from Alentejo region, the Vale de Vila is a full bodied, robust smooth wine ❤️ On the sweeter side you have to try the lemon tart and the Sericaia which is from Alentejo, and their chocolate fondant is really good not too sweet at all it’s just perfect!

4/10The staff forgot my initial drinks order so it arrived 15 minutes after my wife’s. When our friends arrived, the staff made one of the drinks incorrectly so it had to be send back. I was asked if I wanted another drink. I said yes. It never arrived. The place was deathly quiet, with only a handful of other diners.

The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, ensuring our needs were met throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed regional specialties like tender porco preto and rich ensopado de borrego (lamb stew). The alheiras appetizer was delightful. Thank you, Degust'AR! Highly recommended!

7.5/10Great food - really nice presentation. I don’t like that they add an ‘optional’ tip to the bill and then mention it as you are paying, in front of your guests - this is awkward, especially for Americans.

6.5/10I haven't been to this restaurant in a while but the last time it was very good. This time, it was mediocre at best. My partner had the duck breast, and it was overcooked... My fish was as well, and it was served over lots of overcooked rice... and foam. Even with the 30% Fork discount, it was overpriced, especially for underwhelming food. The last issue was that a 10% tip was added to the bill! Tipping is optional in Portugal, and while I usually leave a generous tip, I not have it added but prefer to use my discretion. We will not be returning.

9/10Great service and ambiance. Prices for couvert and starters were good, but for the main dishes, not so much. The practice of suggesting a 10% tip already added to the bill feels unnecessary, especially in a place that is already charging a premium for the food.
