Bad food Cozy environment

went there for pulled meat sandwich but they didn't have it. asked for no ketchup in one of our orders and that wasn't respected. we also asked for bottle of wine and jug of water. Water never came and we only received a glass of wine. So we quickly finished the food and left. the place is too busy to have only 2 people working.
