2/10While we were eating the restaurant allowed a vendor to come in off the street and attempt to sell his goods. We were asked if we wanted bread and then charged for it. Also, we paid with a credit card and the waiter did not give us the machine. He then approved for our bill to be paid in Euros with a transaction fee of 3,9% without our approval. None of these things have happened at other restaurants we have been to in Rome.
