5.5/10We made a reservation and sat down a few minutes early. We asked for drinks and ice water. They brought our drinks. The espresso martini was excellent. They gave us cold tap water, no ice. We ordered appetizer and dinner. Melon and prosciutto was okay. My husband ordered Pasta Bolognese and he liked it. I ordered Saltinbocca and the meat was dry and pale white. They said it was sautéed in butter and sage. No flavor and cold, covered with slices of prosciutto. Thru never checked to see if we liked our Food, asked if we wanted any cheese or more beverages. We asked for the bill and that's when they asked if we wanted another drink. They boxed my husband's food. So the check! READ YOUR BILL! They charged more than the menu prices, Charged $5 for comparti (sitting down), for tap water and $8 for bread. When we asked for our bill, he left us waiting while he scrolled his phone 10 feet in front of me. Then asked for a tip!!

We dined at Diadema restaurant for new year’s eve. The place was nice and had a nice ambiance and the guests were friendly and cheerful. The food was below average for Rome standards and the worst part was the staff. Very anxious, running around yelling and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Maybe it was the New Year’s Eve and the amount of work but if you pay 200 euros to eat you expect more.

10/10We went for dinner on Christmas Eve as we were in Rome for Christmas, it was our first time and this restaurant was an absolute gem of a find, we had a beautiful table in the window, the staff were friendly, courteous, funny, the food was stunning and the music was fab (they had the Bee-Gee's on) so I was singing away!! The wine was lovely and the tiramisu was divine (as you'd imagine it would be in Italy). My partner had an Irish coffee which he loved too. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

5.5/10The evening stared off well with wine and appetizers but it took over an hour to get our dinner. We asked about it and the waiter said sorry 5-10 more minutes but it took a solid 30 minutes later. It was ok at best when it arrived. Bland flavour and staff didn’t even try to appease us by offering a discount or a desert. Never going to return.

2.5/10Sadly, this was the worst place that I have eaten in Italy yet. The carbonara here was about 3/10. It was near the same price at the carbonara at La Matriciana, but, La Matriciana's was way more worth it. They also forgot to make or bring us our second dishes, but at that point I was glad that I didn't have to eat any more of their food. Luckily, we were able to remove the seconds from our bill. 100% would not recommend to anyone. Roma has way better Restaurants to offer, so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

9/10Enjoyable evening, staff very attentive, my wife’s meal was excellent but my steak was inedible therefore left it Staff offered to cook something else but was too late by then. Offered free dessert but declined. Would have been nice gesture to take cost of steak off the bill but that wasn’t to be. Still enjoyable night had

8.5/10Friendly staff (though felt forgotten about a couple times, drinks took a while to turn up), but overall very nice people. Can’t fault the interior, beautiful and relaxing. Food was decent, tasty pizza, little crispier crust would have been nice though. But enjoyed it overall. The house red wines were also lovely.

9/10Beautiful food and lots of choice. Couldn't fault the quality. Unfortunately wine is expensive. At least €10 per bottle more expensive than other restaurants. Also, we finished off our meal with a limoncelo to realise it was €7.50 each! Felt we were a little cheated because we were tourists.

2.5/10Really dissapointing. We reserved a table for four for capodanno, we were placed downstairs, near the bathroom, terrible noisy and people crossing all the evening. The food was terrible bad, service never asked for the meat cooking point and was served raw, service was really slow, dessert (tiramisu) was probable the worst I ever had. Vegetarian menu included meat, and they don't had French fries that were part of the menu. The worst decision I could have ever done for new year eve.

10/10The food overall was really tasty - the lasagna was one of the best I've ever had and the tiramisu was out of this world. People were also so nice and weren't constantly trying to push or upsell anything. Overall, would go back again and truly a wonderful asset to Rome!

10/10The food was absolutely incredible and the service was amazing. We read the reviews online, and most people have said they found this on their last night in Rome and wish they had found Diadema sooner... this was our case too!! The next time we visit Rome we will definitely come back!
