The service was absolutely magnificent, from the gentleman that called to confirm the reservation to the lady that attended us. Food was a beautiful and tasty revisiting of known or familiar dishes. Congratulations for being able to offer a great culinary experience, Didon!

Food is inventive high-quality and absolutely delicious. My fish and the sauce was a little too salty however, and my husband found the chicken a bit tough. But the hors d’oeuvre, the freshly baked bread,my starter of short ribs, and our friends vegan dish were as exceptional as the caramelized apple for dessert. This is a restaurant we will return to happily many times.

Uncomfortably hot upstairs but better after we complained. Too many tables crowded together and one server (there was no room for another server.) Very claustrophobic. Some food and wine selections unavailable.

We were welcomed warmly at Didon and were lucky to have the table with a view of the kitchen. Charcoal-roasted food is Didon’s specialty and the dishes we ordered were wonderful. The artichoke appetizer was spectacular! The whole dinner was delightful. Don’t miss the Pont Eveque cheese course- two different presentations with green apple relish. Wonderful!

This quaint little restaurant in the St Germain area blew us away with the food and service. Made reservations based on the reviews and realized once there that food was cooked over coal-heated grill which provides a delicious subtle smoky flavor and the flavor combinations were perfection. I will be thinking about this meal for days to come. We also went for our anniversary and they were kind to me to mention it and offered us a complimentary glass of champagne. Would highly recommend!

Very fun interior layout and stylish place. Perhaps a bit cramped, and condensation water dripped right next to our table on occasion. Didn't detract from the experience much, though, overall. Good food, great service.

A return visit since this time last year proved to be slightly disappointing as I had excellent memories of the meal here. There was less on the menu that seemed appealing than in the past and the portions seemed just adequate with the dishes tasty but not as inspired as I remembered. The service was friendly and attentive and the wine list by the glass extensive and good.

Wife’s special birthday, not a massive choice especially fish course. Had octopus fab, fish main ok, guys had shoulder lamb spectacular!! Great wine choice Wait or little rushed ! But overall super night

Recommended for vegetarians and vegans. A very small but cozy typical french , parisien setting. Not a real “ haut-cuisine “ dining experience because of the small and crowdy setting; and little time between the courses. But for a night out in Paris a good idea to do. The place breaths Paris and the food and big variety of good wines are definitely a plus to the total experience. 7/10

Excellent experience and great Mediterranean original tasting food !! Everything was great but just one comment with the lobster taco which could have been better … we always want more lobster ;-)

Extremely personal and friendly service from Mr. Matar and his staff. Exiting combination between the Italian, French and Lebanese kitchen (when ordering the three dishes of the Lobster meny). The food was prepared, presented and served with perfection in all aspects.

We had such an amazing time at this restaurant. The very imaginative and delicious food was the star of the whole experience, but the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff was also part of a special night. The wine list doesn’t disappoint. Will make sure to come back every time I’m in Paris.

We ordered a meal set, the one with fish is really good and tasty, 5 stars recommend; the set with steak is more basic but also quite nice and suitable for those who do not want seafood

The food here is very good but is not matched by the venue which is small. That would not much matter but the loo is seriously substandard and you really don’t want to end up sitting near it, which happened to us. Our food arrived cold but the waitress was very apologetic and got the problem sorted. Inevitably the price reflects the high quality of the food but not the venue.

Each course of food was excellent. Many flavors and textures each offering. Like many city restaurants the space is small but we were comfortable. The service was a bit slow at times but always friendly. Great wine list with good recommendations.

The food was outstanding and the service matched. If you’re looking for a restaurant and Didon is a maybe make it a must you won’t be disappointed. We had the Scallops and Guinea fowl to start and the wild boar and duck for main course. The scallop dish is the best scallop dish I have ever tasted, I had the wild boar and it was so meaty and tasty, I had to get ever piece of meat off the bone which my shirt regretted but I didn’t.

Well prepared and creative (but not overly so) food served by a very friendly staff who were very attentive to us during the meal. Small place with a nice ambiance. Prices were robust but not aggressively high. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience in Paris.
