10/10We absolutely loved our dinner at Dish! The service is excellent and the decor was really cool with an open kitchen. Our server paired a beautiful wine to accompany our delicious meal. The presentation and the flavors were excellent! The fresh, hot bread was also great! This is a must if you are in Ostuni and want a dinner that is not only delicious but elevated!

10/10the only thing they need to change is their speakers, the sound was terrible and then they should put lamps on all the tables, it would also look nicer when you walk by. Otherwise, everything was perfect, we would love to come again.

10/10Absolutely beautiful view, the dining staff was incredible (even with a 2, 4 & 7 year old dining with us) They made the children a special pasta dish and all of the 'adult' food was spectacular. This was a very special dinner for our night in Ostuni

9.5/10Great location with a view of the walled city, prompt, attentive and friendly service but most importantly delicious food. I had a primo, secondo and dessert; every single dish was a piece of art and offered exciting flavours for the taste buds. For me the portion sizes were just perfect without feeling full afterwards. If you like fine dining in a relaxed setting and without pomp go there.

10/10Everything was perfect at Dish: service was excellent but unobtrusive; the food was delicious and beautifully presented; and the terrace offered panoramic views of the old town. Dish was the best dining experience we've had in our three weeks in Italy although we've had other good dining experiences.

7/10The food quality and restaurant itself was great along with an amazing view. But the meal itself was really disappointing. We felt the flavours didn’t all go together and they were trying too many things on the plate. The staff were lovely though so maybe we just had it on a bad night

10/10The culinary highlight of our visit to Puglia! The restaurant, ambiance, service, views and most importantly food were incredible! The service was discrete yet attentive, the complimentary welcome Gazpacho and sparkling wine set the tone for the most wonderful evening! The food was amazing, unique flavour combinations and ultra fresh produce. I loved the raw prawn dish with a botanical crumb and my partner really enjoyed his tender beef cheek ravioli. We tried to book our family in but it was fully booked for the week. Easily Michelin star level cuisine. Please book, Dish is too good to miss!

8/10Lovely restaurant, nice food and good service. Only disappointment was the price we pay for a child's pasta which was more expensive than any of the more elaborate adults main meals but it wasn't on the menu so perhaps that's why?

9.5/10The meal was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety to choose from. The welcome dish was tasty and beautiful to look at. The main course could have been just a bit bigger, but this is real fine dining food. The service is pleasant and friendly and it is really cool to watch the chefs doing their work in the open kitchen, even looking when you taste the food to see if you approve. Loved the interesting decorations that give the impression of a tropical jungle on one wall. The outdoor dining would be spectacular in good weather. What a view! There are a number of stone steps leading down to the entrance. I really could have used a handrail.

10/10Amazing experience. We actually spend 3 nights (out of 6 in Ostuni) dinning at this place. Everybody at the table said this is one of the best food experience they had in years! Will return to Dish anytime we may have such opportunity :-)

6/10Dish is the kind of restaurant you go to when you're not hungry and in the mood for concept food. The portions are small typical of nouveau cuisine. However, the location is quite special. Amongst our choices, the Presa was quite bad, the seabass was good, and the tuna dish was very salty.

10/10Dish has the most spectacular view of the old town of Ostuni. We had a drink outside on the terrace to start the evening and went inside to eat. The food was excellent and the service great.

9.5/10We loved Dish. The food was inventive and creative. The owner took the time to explain the dishes to us and helped guide us as to what we might like. The kitchen is open so you can watch the preparation of the dishes. We loved the Prosecco to start. The beef tartare and the ricotta dessert were superb.

8.5/10Absolutely excellent food! Great value. Beautiful place. Service unfortunately very rushed /understaffed, we had to keep refilling our own glasses and seek attention to submit our orders. No check of Green Pass upon entering, which made for uncomfortable feelings afterwards given that the Dutch tourists at a table close to us were coughing non-stop.
