6/10The place and the food were ok, but unfortunately they didn’t and refused to apply the discount for the slot I booked for. Without the discount, prices are too high for the quality the offer. In the end the staff tried to help in someway by deducting the service fee.

4.5/10The fact that things didn't get off to a good start wasn't really the restaurant's fault. The train I was taking back to Madrid was delayed by over an hour and so I knew time would be tight. However, despite trying to call them multiple times to let them know I might be late, no one picked up. Sadly, I was wrong in thinking the food might make up for it.... Despite booking several days in advance, I was stuck in a small annex next to the toilets. The aubergine starter was mediocre but the real disappointment was the main - black linguine with prawns - the portion was tiny, there were only four small prawns on the plate and the linguine was drenched in nothing but garlic oil.... I left most of it! Service was functional, but nothing more and, deciding not to risk further disappointment by ordering dessert, I waited and waited for someone to return but no one came so I put on my jacket and, being honest, approached one of the wait staff and asked to pay my bill on my way out the door!

10/10This restaurant, here in Chueca is a gem of a find. Given its high quality of food and service it offers a great value. I highly recommend not passing up the opportunity to dine here.

10/10The sangria was very light and refreshing. We loved the cannelloni, octopus, and goat cheese salad. The meatballs were just okay.

10/10Our main motivation about picking this place was its ambiance. But additional to nice decoration, all the food was really good. The service was flawless. Prices are not above the level it should be. In conclusion it was a good experience. I have only one note: they are quite strict about 2 hour table reservation duration. I believe it would have been possible to give us a little bit more flexibility. There were quite enough vacant tables at 10:30 pm. We would have ordered some more food.

10/10Fancy ambience in charming neighborhood. Octopus was fabulous with marvelous sauce. Set menu good too, especially tuna steak which was neither overcooked nor crumbling. Highly recommend it

10/10The food along with the service were excellent. We did not realize until later in the evening that the 30% offered for booking through the Fork was not reflected on our check. Be sure to verify. But we were still happy with the food and service at full price.

10/10The wait staff was very friendly and provided their opinions and wine pairing. My spouse and I chose the meal option for a starter, main course, and a dessert and chose different options. Each menu item was delicious, packed with flavor and unique. We would love to go back!

6/10The food was just not that good compared to other restaurants we ate in Madrid. It seemed like this was a chain restaurant, it had several very large tour groups. We had read good reviews so we were disappointed.

10/10After two weeks in Spain, my husband and I wanted a nice but not fancy meal. This hit that mark perfectly. Incredible food, great service (while we had one primary server, the whole team looked out for each other in a way I’ve never experienced before.) We can usually find something to suggest improving, but not here. Diurno, you were great!

7.5/10Lovely decor, atmosphere and the staff were really nice. Unfortunately as I don’t speak much Spanish at all (which I am trying to improve!) I clearly didn’t explain well enough that I wanted the meat well done, instead of medium rare. I managed to finish it but it was hard to force down, really chewy. I didn’t say anything because as mentioned above, my Spanish isn’t good. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for those who can’t speak Spanish.
