8.5/10Gorgeous location and the staff were lovely, but the service was very slow unfortunately. We were a large group of 14, but it did take a while to get our drinks ordered. It might be a cultural thing, as when i mentioned we only had an hour they definitely sped things up. I wouldn't let it put you off, but be mindful that the service is a bit slow.

10/10We had a lovely time at a lovely restaurant. Food was yummy, service was outstanding and pricing seemed fair. We enjoyed a Garlic Octopus starter as well as the Goat Cheese. Roasted Salmon, Curried Shrimp (excellent seasoning not too spicy) and a shared Shrimp in Rice. The meal ended with a Creme Brule and we all walked out happy.

3.5/10Terrible service. Waiters had little to no preparation to serve. Waiter could not handle the very slow movement of people to take orders. Dessert came wrong twice because waiter did not understand either English or Portuguese. The manager, though advised by one of the waiters, did not make an effort to ensure that we were attended, and never asked if we were happy or if she could help. Worst than that, she hid behind the counter to avoid eye contact with the customers, though we were clearly very disappointed with the service and waiting way too long to have our orders taken. Given the service and food quality, the price is too expensive. You will find much better food, service and ambiance in many other places in Lisbon. I do not advise.

9.5/10The servers did their best and were very nice, but the restaurant was full and apparently they are short-staffed. We waited for our main course for more than an hour which spoiled the whole experience.

4/10We had a reservation for 2 on the Fork. The hostess sat us at a 2 tables for 2 pushed together. Then, a third of the way through our meal, asked us if she could seat 2 people at the other table. This in the middle of a pandemic. We said no, then she proceeded to lecture us on why 2 people should not sit at a table four. I showed her my Fork reservation for 2 and she did not apologize for her error but wanted to argue some more. Ruined our mood for Sunday lunch. Never again

10/10Fantastic and very attentive service. Every need was catered for. Very friendly staff. Food was wonderful and a gorgeous view from the terrace.

9/10Our server was so friendly and kind. Great service. The pulpo was so tender. It’s the docks area so there’s gonna be bridge noise. But we had a great dinner with great service!

5.5/10Seems overbooked considering the amount of staff hired in. The waitress who received us seemed annoyed with our arrival even though we had a reservation at that time. When we wanted the dessert menu we waited half an hour, gave up and waited another half hour for the check, until I went into the restaurant and told them to give me the check so I could pay and leave.

5/102nd time i tried codfish in Portugal. I felt really disapointed with this second experience. However, the viewpoint from where we seated was tremendous (despite a really Noisy bridge…).

7/10The restaurant didn't match my expectations. However, the waiters were friendly. Finally, the 30% discount was not included in my bill, I had to ask for it and it was given only for the main courses. Not to be repeated.
