10/10A different sort of menu than I have seen elsewhere in Catania. A modern take, lighter food but flavour intense and good portion size. I really enjoyed our meal here for the quality of the food and wine.

It was so good that we cancelled a reservation we had on the following day at another place so we could come back. An absolutely amazing restaurant for cured meats and cheese lovers! Their pistachios focaccia might be the best sandwich I have had in my entire life. I will dream about it for the rest of my existence. I might sound over dramatic but that is what this place did to me!

If you’re in Catania’s city center and looking for an amazing dining experience, this place is a must-visit! The service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The food is absolutely delicious, from the perfectly crafted sandwich with high-quality meat and roasted vegetables to the delicate octopus carpaccio topped with crunchy croutons and sweet cherry tomatoes. Everything is beautifully presented, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food and a warm atmosphere!

10/10The waitresses was extremely helpful, and fore coming. She recommended us a great wine, we also ordered a special Sicilian board to share and it was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try different tastes and have a great experience drinking a variety of wines. Plus staff was very helpful!

5.5/10great food. Terrible service. Two tables gave up because nobody took their order. An hour wait for food on a quiet Sunday evening and a table behind us that wasn't cleaned for 30 minutes.

10/10A wonderful way to spend our first evening in Sicily. The cutting board was a perfect introduction to huge variety of local meats and cheeses and antipasto and host Christopher was passionate and very knowledgeable about wines. Go for the tiramisu with pistacios....sublime.

9/10Excellent black Angus dishes with side order of bread. We really enjoyed the meal and wouldn’t have come here except for the fork app so we were so glad we did. Cocktails great especially the one with mandarin and really nice tiramisu.

amazing experience in this lovely spot in Catania! we booked with a 50% off offer and we were super satisfied with the quality of the food, the staff (Jasmine was superb!) and the quantity. I can't recommend enough this place, please make sure to try the tagliere di pesce for 2. super!

5/10The service was really, really slow. We came at 8:45 PM, they served us the food at 10:20 PM. Really disappointed about this. There is no reason for this, the food in their menu is not slow cooked.

9.5/10We had diner with my husband at Docalquadrato and absolutely loved it. Even though the service was a bit slow but Angelo made our evening delightful. He was very cheerful, pleasant and gave extra attention to the fact I was pregnant and therefore couldn’t eat so many things. Also the food was really good. 100% recommend it

9/10An evening meal for two, with a sharing platter, focaccia, salad and pulled pork with cheese. Everything was delicious, good quantities and an excellent rose wine to wash it all down with. It was exceptionally busy, but as always we are happy to wait for quality food. Great friendly service from the staff, who also spoke English.

Loved it. Amazing ingredients beautifully presented. We had a plate of mixed meats and cheeses. Yum. Then a selection of fish tartares. Also yum. Really good local wines. Ask for the Nero d'avola Floramundi. Very good value for the quality. Would definitely return.

10/10Absolutely Phenomenal! Fantastic wines, meats, cheeses, focaccia, house made marmalades, etc. start to finish it was just a wonderful meal in the afternoon!!! They are super attentive and helpful in providing you a nice assortment! I just told them give me a mix of Sicilian cheeses and everything else…they did not disappoint! I do recommend coming here with friends to share!

9.5/10Really friendly and super knowledgeable staff. We had three tasting boards of typical cheeses and hams, which were all excellent. The wine range is amazing. We didn't like our first choice but it was replaced with another suggestion without any problem at all. Ask for advice - you won't be disappointed. This is a small place in a non touristy area so it was quiet when we went mid week - just what we wanted after a busy few days. If we were in the area longer, we'd certainly go again.

10/10Alessandro was amazing as who I assumed was the manager. Both were attentive throughout our meal. They suggested wines for our food choices. The boards were plentiful for four people. We sat outside. Be sure to make reservations as we saw some being turned away. It was our last evening in Catania and downhill walk to our rental.
