The counter is the heart of the space: sleek and narrow, with chefs moving quietly and efficiently behind it, assembling each roll with a kind of restrained choreography. There’s no clutter, no unnecessary motion—just the rhythm of rice, seaweed, and fish meeting in perfect proportion.Seats are few, which is deliberate. 8/10Nori was very dry for a hand roll. Good quality fish, bit heavy on the shiso when used - it's a strong herb! All the rolls tasted the same so, maybe mix it up with more veg in or, other accents.

4.5/10Unfortunately Doki Doki appear to have changed their fish supplier. We only hope they change back immediately as the fish this visit was nothing like as good as normal. The tuna was stringy and the salmon tasteless. What a shame from one of our favourite Paris eateries

5/10I was excited to go and try the concept but unfortunately fell behind expectations, the rolls while they are small they are over stuffed with rice to the extent you don’t to taste the actual sushi filling, you end up eating rice and Nori paper which is very disappointing! The filling is is not rich and the tuna and salmon filling more of a paste than a small pieces of tartar fish which you can enjoy! I felt like I spent 60 euros per person to eat rice roll with hint of fish! Not worth the money at all!!!
