this restaurant needs vast improvement. we were there on New Years Eve for their special Navidad menu which cost 60 euros each. The menu was very limited and of poor quality. I had finished my main before my partner had received hers. The service was very bad . My lasagne was very dry and hardly anyone ate all of their pizza. There was only one dessert available although the menu offered there. we Sat there for there hours and missed the new year fireworks. If the owners wish to elivate this restaurant to a more selection clientel they need to raise their game. they were only interested in getting bums on seats.

The waiter tried to charge us extra for our wine. The restaurant was cold & lacked atmosphere. Food was mediocre. Having to barter your bill is absolutely shocking.

Hello, I am writing to formally raise a complaint about our experience tonight during our reservation. The issues we experienced were: • The same song played on repeat for approximately 30 minutes. • Only one starter was served initially; the second starter was missing and had to be requested. • One of the mains arrived while we were still eating the starter, and I had to send it back. • Food quality and service did not match the value paid. • Our dessert order was not taken. • Payment was delayed due to issues with the card machine. • When I raised concerns with the staff, our complaints were not addressed. Given the above, our overall experience was significantly below the standard expected for the price paid. I would appreciate it if you could look into arranging a refund or suitable compensation for the service. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Julie McKenna

not well . the food is too salty, and takes me more than 30mins to wait. why not pay by credit card,it is so bad.

We had an amazing evening.. the food and staff were fantastic... well done and all the best for the future
