Humiliation. What we went through at this place was truly humiliating. As soon as we arrived, we informed that we had a reservation through TheFork. When we placed our orders, the waitress confirmed that the TheFork discount would be applied. Everything seemed fine at first. She even questioned us about ordering a bottle of wine, which we declined, choosing only a Coca-Cola. At that moment, she said that one item would not receive the discount, giving an explanation that was not relevant to us. To avoid embarrassment, we decided to continue. When the bill was finalized, another staff member, a man, argued with the waitress and told her not to apply the discount because the bill was €70. He brought the bill himself. When I noticed the discount was not applied and questioned it, he became aggressive and started shouting in the restaurant: “No discount, no discount. Do you think this is McDonald’s? This is a grand place, I need high bills to maintain it.” We chose not to argue e paid.

We ordered a lasagna and a margherita pizza, and to our surprise, the order was ready within just 10 minutes. Knowing that a proper lasagna takes much longer to prepare, I already had concerns. Unfortunately, the lasagna was terrible, it clearly wasn’t freshly made and the overall quality was extremely disappointing. The service was also very poor, adding to the bad experience. The only positive thing about this restaurant is the venue itself, which is nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, however, the food did not agree well with the surroundings. Also, I had a 20% off my meal and the waitress told me if that I had to order dessert if I wanted 20% off which is not written anywhere.

The pasta for our Vongole was overcooked and contained onion (when’s true Vongole should not) for the quality of the meal the restaurant was very overpriced. Not really worth a 9 on its survey.
