The food was good but the service was abysmal. Really hard to communicate with the staff at times, they appeared chaotic and unprepared. They clearly do not listen to what you order because they made mistake after mistake. Not just at our table but at the tables around us as well. A lot of the mistakes could have been prevented by repeating/summarising the order back to the customer to double check. Or properly read the tickets for service to make sure you brought the right drinks to the right table.

Very kind staff and great food! I brought flowers with me and got offered to keep the flowers in water by the staff. The restaurant itself looks very nice and is comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality and good food!

Was seated very close to the toilet, when asked if we could be seated elsewhere they said it was fully booked, but the tables that were seated at a later point also were two people each??? Also they forgot our meat order because we were seated all the way in the back. Waited 20 minutes before we flagged an employee over to ask what happened with our meat order. Ordered a second bubble tea that I did not receive. A shame, as I was a frequent patron but will refrain from coming back in the future

+2AMAZING!! BEST HOTPOT RESTAURANT IN THE NETHERLANDS I HAVE EVER BEEEEEN TO!! Amazing price, cutest and most supportive staff ever (all of them are so so nice, the Sunday shift was soooo busy but they all handle it well). The food is prepared nicely, super clean. Quick service and great hotpot broth also. BEST bubble tea also OMGGGGG I wish I could live in Den Haag I would come here everyday!!!!!!!!!!

The food was lovely but the menu is NOT as advertised. The all you can eat Hot Pot only includes meat, salad bar and ice cream. THERE IS NO SUSHI in the menu, nor anywhere we could see on location. This makes the price higher than necessary for what is included. The hot pot was quite nice and the selection of the "salad bar" also includes fish/meatballs, tofu and various noodles.
