Was seated very close to the toilet, when asked if we could be seated elsewhere they said it was fully booked, but the tables that were seated at a later point also were two people each??? Also they forgot our meat order because we were seated all the way in the back. Waited 20 minutes before we flagged an employee over to ask what happened with our meat order. Ordered a second bubble tea that I did not receive. A shame, as I was a frequent patron but will refrain from coming back in the future

AMAZING!! BEST HOTPOT RESTAURANT IN THE NETHERLANDS I HAVE EVER BEEEEEN TO!! Amazing price, cutest and most supportive staff ever (all of them are so so nice, the Sunday shift was soooo busy but they all handle it well). The food is prepared nicely, super clean. Quick service and great hotpot broth also. BEST bubble tea also OMGGGGG I wish I could live in Den Haag I would come here everyday!!!!!!!!!!

The food was lovely but the menu is NOT as advertised. The all you can eat Hot Pot only includes meat, salad bar and ice cream. THERE IS NO SUSHI in the menu, nor anywhere we could see on location. This makes the price higher than necessary for what is included. The hot pot was quite nice and the selection of the "salad bar" also includes fish/meatballs, tofu and various noodles.

Best hotpot you can get for this price point without sacrificing quality. Definitely worth your money because aside from the meat you get unlimited meat and seafood balls, shrimp, squid, veggies, noodles, rice, mushroom, and even wagyu curry! Wide selection of soup base to choose from. Even cheaper than going to a regular a la carte hotpot.

We loved the concept and execution. The staff was very friendly and attentive. As vegetarians we would have liked to have some vegetarian gyozas and maybe some different types of tofu. I would totally recommend and i will return for sure.
