13 March 2026 Dinner at Don Giovanni was excellent. Generous portions and delicious. Attention to detail, flavors, and presentation. Delicious. Service by Giovanni and Lorenzo was friendly, professional, and welcoming...they know the product they are serving. One word- Delicious. If you seek a fun experience + the best Italian food, Don Giovanni is your destination.

Had a very good starter, Vitella con tonnato but the gnocchi was just ok. Enjoyed the delicious panna cotta with fruit sauce for dessert. Will definitely go back to Don Giovani!

Don Giovanni was recommended by our hotel nearby. So glad they did. It’s not very big so reservations are a good idea. I think we were the only non French speaking there, seemed to be all locals. Good sign. We had the caprese salad and the antipasti, which would have been enough to share on retrospect. Tagliatelle bolognese & spaghetti puttanesca, shared tiramisu. Omg , everything was divine. Our waiter, who seemed to be taking care of the entire restaurant on his own, recommended a Sicilian red to accompany and it was perfect. A relaxed pace we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend this lovely little restaurant!!

This is the second time we went. The food is good and the ambiance, service and value for money are excellent.

It was a delightful spot with excellent food and charming ambiance. We will go back many times. The only caveat is that the restroom is upstairs.

I absolutely love the food and staff of this restaurant. I come to Paris often and always eat here at least one evening at the tiny outside table.

Good Italian food in Paris is a challenge...but this is about as close as it gets. Enjoyable meal and extremely friendly service. I had a caprese salad and linguine vongole (clams)...both were OK. My partner had the Gnocchi Gorgonzola which was delicious...but wow, so rich! Probably would visit again.

When we arrived they could not find our reservation but when shown the confirmation we were accommodated with a small wait. Other than that the staff was pleasant. The room itself was ok but there was a small swarm of bugs on the picture above us. Not a good look. Finally the food was ok but just ok. The prosciutto appetizer cut much to thick, the ravioli fine but just fine and the buratta was decent but not special. The coffee was good and the wine tasty. Not a bad night not a great night.

After being underwhelmed by the lack of bold flavors in France, it was refreshing to experience the rich and vibrant tastes of Italy at this restaurant. As Americans, it was a delightful change.

Beautiful little restaurant with authentic and absolutely delicious Italian food. Warm and welcoming staff and great service. Plus extremely reasonable pricing. Will definitely go back!

Charming little Italian restaurant in the Marais section of Paris. Fortunately, it was open on a Monday night. The food was delicious and portions were so large we could have shared our first course. The antipasto was very good, as was the caprese salad. The veal with tuna sauce was excellent too. I highly recommend this restaurant. When I commented on the large size of the portions, the owner responded with a charming - hey, we're Italian!

We had a wonderful meal in a cosy environment. Especiallly the pasta alla vongole, the pasta al tartufo and the pannacotta were extraordinary! We had an aperitivo outside and a very good diner inside, definitely recommend Don Giovanni.

Best meal we had in Paris and not too expensive! Our server was more attentive than others we had in the city, and everything about the restaurant felt authentic. Highly recommend for an outstanding Italian meal.
