We skipped lunch and needed an early supper as we were going to the opera tonight. Don Pasquale was just the right choice for several reasons. It was a stunningly elegant place with luxurious turquoise couches to sit on and marvellous paintings adorned the walls, just as in a gallery. The food was splendid: sophisticated and yet true to its Roman roots. We had lightly battered squid en brochette with lime mayonnaise. The prosciutto crudo was so fine it seemed undulate over the sweetest slices of (musk?) melon: so refreshing! Tagliolini with truffles were outstanding, as was the rich red wine from the region. To finish, an assortment of fresh berries and cream.what a heavenly meal! Grazie a tutti! You must eat here!

Maximalist decor with a blend of traditional and nouveau cuisine. Intense flavors, interesting textures and presentations all without forgetting the food has to shine. Service was prompt and attentive without ever being intrusive. Solid performance from the bar, front of house and kitchen. Definitely will return on our next visit.

The dinner was great, we ordered only main course since we don't eat too much in the evening but the host give some starters for free. The dishes was Master Chef quality and quantity 👌

A hidden gem. Beautiful place, tucked away from the bustle outside. Friendly and competent service. Outstanding food and wine selection. Night cap at the gorgeous small bar not to be missed.

Small menu, and everything was fantastic. The dining area was very fun, maximalist aesthetic with a very humorous flare, def worth a walkthrough. The food was very enjoyable, tasty and beautifully served. Would gladly come back.

This was the best meal I’ve had so far in my four days in Rome. The two appetizers were absolutely delicious. The grilled squid tentacles had an intense Maillard flavor — rich and smoky, perfectly crispy and charred on the outside, and the sauce had a unique and memorable taste. The fish tartare was incredibly fresh, and the accompanying sauce made it a gentle, balanced dish — unlike the sharp acidity of a Peruvian ceviche. A wonderfully mild and flavorful tartare. For the main course, we ordered two different pastas. The spicy pasta was especially impressive — the cured meat inside had been fried or roasted, giving it a crispy texture that paired beautifully with the cheese. A perfect combination of flavor and texture.

Excellent food and service. They were out of one item, so the substitute (filet for the cheek) was not a very cohesive dish, but the risotto and sea urchin linguine were out of this world!

The location is charming and we had a great dinner. Non alcoholic beverages seemed excessively priced and one of our entrees, while delicious, was inexplicably tiny. The waiter actually warned us the portion was small, however it was very good. Just would have liked more, especially for a vegetarian dish. Tiramisu was fantastic. Risotto was complex and memorable. Great last dinner in Rome.

The atmosphere, service and food. Our friend is a chef in Michigan and he recommended Don Pasquale’s. He said it is his favorite restaurant anywhere. He was right! The entire experience was 5 star!

We celebrated my wife's Birthday at Don Pasquale during a trip to Rome. The food was delicious and impeccably presented. The staff were very professional and the decore impressive. I would highlight recommend it.

Great food, great service, reasonable prices. We loved the unique design of the restaurant. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful. They gave us an additional small dish to try, which was very nice. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a change in plans and needed an adults dinner option on a Tuesday. Don Pasquale had a reservation and it was such a pleasant surprise. Gorgeous if not irreverent and eclectic decor. Beautiful plates of food that were innovative while also being delicious. Top notch service and quiet enough to have great conversation. Loved our experience.

Great ambience and interior design, very friendly personnel and quite decent food. In my opinion a great place which is worth to visit. In particular, this is a great option for those who are struggling with Roman restaurants which aren’t working between 14 and 19, as this place is opened all day long.
