A hidden gem. Beautiful place, tucked away from the bustle outside. Friendly and competent service. Outstanding food and wine selection. Night cap at the gorgeous small bar not to be missed.

This was the best meal I’ve had so far in my four days in Rome. The two appetizers were absolutely delicious. The grilled squid tentacles had an intense Maillard flavor — rich and smoky, perfectly crispy and charred on the outside, and the sauce had a unique and memorable taste. The fish tartare was incredibly fresh, and the accompanying sauce made it a gentle, balanced dish — unlike the sharp acidity of a Peruvian ceviche. A wonderfully mild and flavorful tartare. For the main course, we ordered two different pastas. The spicy pasta was especially impressive — the cured meat inside had been fried or roasted, giving it a crispy texture that paired beautifully with the cheese. A perfect combination of flavor and texture.

Excellent food and service. They were out of one item, so the substitute (filet for the cheek) was not a very cohesive dish, but the risotto and sea urchin linguine were out of this world!

The location is charming and we had a great dinner. Non alcoholic beverages seemed excessively priced and one of our entrees, while delicious, was inexplicably tiny. The waiter actually warned us the portion was small, however it was very good. Just would have liked more, especially for a vegetarian dish. Tiramisu was fantastic. Risotto was complex and memorable. Great last dinner in Rome.

9.5/10We celebrated my wife's Birthday at Don Pasquale during a trip to Rome. The food was delicious and impeccably presented. The staff were very professional and the decore impressive. I would highlight recommend it.

Had a change in plans and needed an adults dinner option on a Tuesday. Don Pasquale had a reservation and it was such a pleasant surprise. Gorgeous if not irreverent and eclectic decor. Beautiful plates of food that were innovative while also being delicious. Top notch service and quiet enough to have great conversation. Loved our experience.

Great ambience and interior design, very friendly personnel and quite decent food. In my opinion a great place which is worth to visit. In particular, this is a great option for those who are struggling with Roman restaurants which aren’t working between 14 and 19, as this place is opened all day long.

Unforgettable experience. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind. Food was out of this world amazing. Decor/ambiance/comfort is something out of Architectural digest. Portions were very satisfying but not so big you can’t order a few different things to try. We were a group of 8, and everyone was so impressed.

10/10First of all, the dining room is exquisite, with wonderful artworks to look at and beautiful decor. It was quieter than just about anyplace else we have eaten at on our trip. The service was impeccable and very personalised. All of the food was sublime, from the beginning amuse bouche to the homemade bread to the appetizers and pastas. Very highly recommended!
