Anchovies with yuzu, local peas, mango and oat-milk sorbet, and desserts

Dinner took almost 5 hours and was way too long. Most food was left un-eaten as it was not appetizing at all such as pig nose

Excellent preparation and presentation of horribly awful ingredients I finished none of the courses and the rest of my party left half on the plates. 50/50 does not a one star make
