5.5/10Restaurant decoration is very poor comparing to others in the same chain. Disappointing. We were seated inside and we had cigarette smell during all dinner. Really not comfortable, specially for the price we payed (22EUR/person for 2 adults and 2 children).

8.5/10If you want to try one authentic francesinha, you need to go there! For those who can’t or don’t eat beef, there are also good alternatives. The menu has other options too.

4.5/10I waited 35 minutes for a menu. When I finally got a waitress, she was snippy saying I needed to use my iPhone to get the menu. I pointed out that I didn’t have a password. So they didn’t take my order for 45 minutes. The wine wasn’t great. The chicken penne (I decided that it was the safest given the poor service) was okay. Some terrible recorded music increases the noise level as people raised their voices to be heard. I would not recommend.

10/10Very good experience. Portions very big. Service fast and efficient. There's nothing I can complain about. I would definitely suggest this place and I would like to be back in case I go back to Lisbon!!

7/10I'ts a nice place with pretty good francesinhas, the staff is very neat and pleasant. The restaurant has a large area that sometimes can be little noisy.
