9.5/10The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant is very pretty. The service was good, everyone was pleasant but the service was a little slow at the end. We did have a lovely evening.

6/10All foreigners are put together in one segment room. Quality of the food, poor. It’s just prepared without love and attention. Taste is weak and wines are incorrect expensive. This was my 3 visit, definitely the last one. Not worthy to go here, a tourist trap.

8/10We were very surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Creative and full of flavor; however, we did think the price point was a bit elevated for a restaurant of this category. The staff was professional, but perhaps a bit disorganized, as we had seven different staff members servicing the table throughout the evening. This made it confusing as to whom we were supposed to be interacting with throughout the night. The restaurant decor was very nice inside and out, but a bit too loud for our taste.

6/10The food had a great potential but was underperforming. Was served cold and "old" bernaise, The duck was served with only wings and ties, not breast and was undercooked, bloodred at the bone. The steaks was bloody even after specifying that we wanted medium rare. The service was friendly and knowledgeable by some but sloppy and unatending by others. Drouant is an institution and with the chef, who I think was not there that day, they should score better on some basics in food and service.

8/10I went to this beautiful restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday in Paris I was surprised by their “service”. I had to ask for my yogurt order three times before I was finally told that they do not offer this item on a weekend. The setting was lovely and the food was really good.

8.5/10The turbot meunière, the pâté en croûte and the coconut dessert were excellent, but the bread was stale. The service is a little inefficient, they move a lot but you still wait quite a bit.

4/10Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 reservation. Was promptly seated. Waited 15 mins before order was taken, 45 mins later no food had arrived at the table. When we asked for the check to leave, they wheeled over the cheese cart. No, if cheese was ready 40 mins ago, why did we sit here? Paid for our wine and left.

9/10This is a classic upscale brasserie with an excellent menu and wonderful, but overpriced wine list. It’s been there forever and it’s always worth the visit. It’s nice to find places that still do an authentic rum baba.

6/10The food, while cooked well, lacked flavor. What a disappointment to be presented a beautiful dish only to find it tasting like water was added to the vegetables and seafood versus making a complimentary sauce or base. The service was like hummingbirds flying all around constantly fussing over us and not allowing us to have a conversation. Both were shocking for Paris considering this restaurant was recommended. The ambience was beautiful. Such a shame. Will never return.

10/10We have dined at Drouant several times in the last few years, and we love it. The food is always extraordinary. We noticed this time, however, that the always impeccable service had been elevated a further notch. Table-side selection of cheeses, fish preparation, and an aperitif cart added a personal touch that we appreciated very much. Kudos and gratitude to the fine staff. We shall return!

5/10Poorly coordinated staff made the experience very disappointing. They did not pay the expected attention and were not able to coordinate the meal. Even the bill was wrong in the end, trying to get paid for an extra main course. This is not what I expected for a Michelin associated restaurant.

9.5/10I reside in The USA and come to Paris very often. After hearing about Drouant since the time i was staying in France, finally decided to discover this restaurant and i have been very satisfied ! As the result on all my 3 visits, my guests accompanying me have been very pleased too by the food and the service (very profesional and kind). The Cote de Veau is just succulent in addition to the rest of the menu. For the dessert, the Madeleine cake is the landmark. I am planning to treat my friends and colleagues again at Drouand again when i visit Paris.
