10/10What a special experience! Didn't expect the restaurant to be as beautiful as it was, the quality of the food was equally as delicious. The staff could not be better and our server, Saba, was not only super helpful with explaining the menu, but also an absolutely lovely person. We highly recommend!

8/10Located across the river Adige, just outside Verona's historical centre, Du Schei is a traditional restaurant that offers a menu mainly focused on the local cuisine: the choice is not very ample but the dishes are fairly representative of the Verona culinary tradition and are well cooked and presented. The setting is pleasant and can be extremely nice in summer, when the patio is available for dining. The service is friendly and efficient and prices can be considered fair. Recommended!

10/10What a lovely restaurant. The place is very charming and cozy. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious, the flavors were very well balanced. Compliments to the chef. To complete the experience, the staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

3.5/10Dispite other rarings and disruptions there wasn't vegetarian options, the menu wasn't diverse and the food lacked taste. The waiters were nice enough but not very informed. We will not be eating there again - too expensive and to low quality of food and cooking

We shared an excellent lunch in the garden which was beautiful with the sweet smell of jasmine. The staff were very knowledgeable about the wine and could not have been more helpful with the menu. The oysters were exceptional, the seafood gratin fresh and enticing, great pasta and innovative desserts which concluded our most enjoyable lunch.

10/10We had a reservation for two people so I was concerned when I saw tables set for two large groups - it's too easy to prioritze the large groups to the detriment of smaller tables. But the service was great and the staff took time to interact with us in a friendly manner. The food was delicious and wine list included several local selections.

10/10OMG, we have been in Italy for almost 14 days and this dinner was the best. My seafood dish was so good, I cannot even describe it. With every bite it was so unexpected and so good my dessert of lemon soup and other things in it was also so great, a taste experience that I would come back again without a doubt.

8.5/10Lovely interior. Good service. Good food we had a pasta and beef cheeks. Dessert and wine both ok. Only disappointing thing was cover charge 7euro ! For 2 and the water price one bottle still water 3.90 ! No 20% off water, coffee, cover charge which means discount is quite limited. Overall lovely romantic setting with a chilled vibe.

10/10The restaurant is away from the heavily tracked tourist area which was a plus for us. Upon entering, there are three areas in which to dine; two are inside and one outside. The service was wonderfully professional yet extremely warm and friendly, and our meals were one of the two best we experienced in Verona. We enjoyed a tartare appetizer, a house speciality first, and a delicious tuna second along with a bottle of good red wine, followed by an excellent cheese cake dessert. Unfortunately we discovered Du Schei on our second last night after two and a half weeks in Verona. I would highly recommend an evening here.

10/10This is a restaurant where detail matters - and they have it all covered . From the welcome to the food everything was without fault. Professional service with humour thrown in. I had asked them to help make it a special evening for my wife's birthday - and they not only achieved but exceeded expectations. Great place already thinking of a return visit.
