Very disappointed with the whole experience. The service was especially lacking generally from the moment we walked in. It was my birthday dinner with the family but it felt anything but that. On the booking special notes it was mentioned that it was my birthday but unfortunately no one bothered to check. Even seating us was like doing us a favor. Finally we got to move tables in a better area of the restaurant but once the food arrived there was no cutlery / plates / napkins to eat the food with. That being said the only saving grace was that the food quality and taste was quite good. Better service expected next time. The Fork discount offer made up for some of the disappointment.

Good food, in particular the steaks. Waiters are friendly, even if a bit naive -- e.g. the waiter commented the amount of the bill in front of all my guests. Setting is nice, typical of Lisbon's central business district.

We were a family of 17 expected to be seated together but were at separate tables upstairs in the breakfast room. Waiter sweet but not much English and unfortunately we do not speak Portuguese He was not familiar with the menu. In the end we enjoyed ourselves.

The restaurante in very nice! food was really good! staff very welcoming, a bit pushy for my taste, not enough time to review the menu or the drinks, but overall very good food!

I went for a dinner date with my boyfriend. The person who welcomed us was unfriendly and the staff was speaking too loud with each others. When we arrived the restaurant was empty and the starters + the main dish were served 30 minutes after arriving. We decided to order dessert and instead of having dessert, that unfriendly gentleman brought us the check and I looked at my boyfriend confused because we were waiting for the dessert. After 2 minutes another gentleman brought us the dessert and took the check away. Our experience wasn’t good at all.
