We were welcomed and served by two young gentlemen (Bryan e Daniele) who proved to be very efficient and prepared. Despite the very young age they were real professionals and knew how to serve and make their clients feel at ease. It was a very relaxing experience with really good food as it was not a busy night. Prices are high but with the fork it is doable. Need i mention that service was excellent? Food came piping hot and sooo delicious. Even the bread was really good. It is in the heart of the city, very accessible. So it was a great experience and would recommend people to try it.

The waiter was very attentive. All dishes we had were tasty, great location and atmosphere. Only thing is same quality can be found in many restaurants in Turin for better prices. I think I would not be tempted to revisit without Fork discounts. But if you have a discount, you can choose here eyes closed

This is a charming restaurant right off of the museum square. The staff are well trained, the wine list is excellent, and the menu is solid. very good. But I must say the service is even better than the food.

My family of 6 was celebrating a birthday, together with my elderly mother. The quiet and warm atmosphere impressed everybody. Water and drinks were brought swiftly and everyone liked the variety and uniqueness of the menu. The plates that were brought to the table looked beautiful. Unfortunately the waiter had made several mistakes in noting the choices and several people did not receive what they ordered. The food of others was cold. Although the waited offered to switch the plates, he also implied that the fault was with who ordered - 3 out of 6 people getting the wrong plate seems an excessing conincidence of wrong ordering. A simple apology would have suffised, instead in got to be an ugly exchange and left a bitter taste. What a shame for a place that offers really good and interesting food.

+1In mid-March my sweetheart and I went to a new (for us ) restaurant, Duomo Bistrot “Le vie del sale. As soon as my wife and I stepped inside it felt like a great choice, being greeted with a smile by the host (not something done at every restaurant). The place looks stylish, modern in decor but with historic brick walls. The menu had a lot of nice selections, including many dishes featuring black truffles — so for the opener I selected the dish with egg served sunny-side up topped with truffles. I was pleased that the dish came with two eggs and a generous amount of truffle slivers covering them. For her main dish my wife chose a risotto with artichoke that she found very pleasing and tasty. My choice was the spezzatino (stew) of Fassone beef made with artichokes and served over a bed of potato purée. Delightful, tender and flavorful. A couple of nice caffès topped off the lunch, with a nice farewell chat with the host Nick. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting again.

Noisy and slow service. We had near a celebration and was a bad & noisy group. Not a relaxed lunch, but stressful. And no one told then to be quiet because the other guest of the restaurant. With Yums it’s ok but without offer is expensive. Our waiter helped us as long as he could, but kitchen slow is a handicap for waiters

Nice atmosphere, but the food was mediocre. Pasta for carbonara was undercooked and inedible. Other dishes under-salted.

Duomo Bistrot is located just steps away from Piazza Castello and offers a varied menu, with a wide choice of dishes mostly inspired by the local cuisine. Portions are generous and prices fair, however the quality of the food is somehow average. The Fork discount was correctly applied.
